Overall, it went very smoothly and I would use them again. They arrived on time, were very professional, and worked hard and fast! There was only one minor snag. They were supposed to bring garment boxes so we could pack the clothes hanging in our closets. They didn't have them. The head man called his boss who said he would bring them over. While waiting for these boxes,the men packed the whole truck. They even helped us bring things we were not taking to the curb, which was EXTREMELY helpful. Once they finished packing everything in the truck, we had to wait about a half hour before the garment boxes showed up. We all packed the clothes from the closets. Once arriving to our new location, they unpacked the truck and put the boxes in the appropriate rooms that were labeled on the boxes. Many years ago, I had had a horrible experience with a different moving company. This company helped to make it as painless as possible. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them!

The only thing I didn't like is the truck leaked a little oil in the driveway. I usually put down cardboard or a tarp in my driveway so that doesn't happen, but I didn't this time. Other than the oil, the service was fine. Their price was so much cheaper than everybody else. I could have bought 40 tarps for the amount of money they saved me. They were polite, on-time and everything else was great.
