+ -1 moreMy offer was accepted and I needed an inspection right away so I could make sure the contract was signed. Chad answered the phone right away and made an appointment for the next day. He arrived early, and in a very professional and friendly manner, performed a detailed inspection. He confidently and clearly answered any questions I had while we went through the house. After taking his time to not only perform the inspection and answer questions, he sent a very detailed report quickly. He even picked up the radon test and delivered it to the lab on a weekend so my contract would be ready by Monday. I highly recommend Smart Start Home Inspection and Chad.
