My first experience with them left me with a positive impression.

I called in distress because of a pending storm, my gutters were hanging. I received a call back same day and the necessary repairs were done. To my dismay I had issues with my roof as well, and was not in the position to financially address them. This Marvelous man worked with me and repaired my roof before the storm saving me from leaks and additional damage to my home. He had no idea that Covid took a toll on my finances and put me in a financial situation that I never thought I would be in. I was praying for a miracle and he was it. I HIGHLY recommend this company because they have a heart and truly care about their customers. This is the company you want to choose!! Thank you, thank you, and thank you again.

From estimate to finished project they have been very professional.

James was very responsive to all communications. Scheduled my job quickly, as I had asked, due to inclement weather on the way. He arrived on time, stuck to his estimate, and did a completely thorough job, inspecting all areas, and doing what was needed. He is an honest, respectful person and a real pleasure to deal with. Excellent customer service!

Fast.... reliable..... and courteous!

James was very quick to answer all emails or return all phone calls. He was able to come by the house to look at the existing gutters in the evening after I got home from work which was convenient as I did not have to take time off of work to meet. James suggested a cheaper option of using different gutter hangers as opposed to gutter replacement to fix a sagging gutter issue. In the it was my wife and I who opted to replace the gutters and soffits. James and his son arrived on time to start the project and completed it in the time planned at the time of the quote. One of the indications of James/Gutter Guys work was when there was an issue with either the machine or the material in making the second white gutter for the back of the house. The gutter started coming out with marks on it with about four feet left to go on a 58 foot gutter. James corrected whatever the issue was and formed a whole new gutter as opposed to trying to touch up with paint the marked up gutter. I do not know the cost of materials to do this but it speaks to the care and quality of work by the Gutter Guys. There were no issues encountered during the job and everything came out great. I would have no qualms with recommending Gutter Guy to anyone needing this service.

Extremely professional and honest

James replaced 2 small pieces of siding that a recent hurricane blew off my house. Another great job done quickly and at a reasonable price. Always service with a smile - from both me and James!!
