The Gutter Guy seemed genuinely there to satisfy. He is professional, knowledgeable, effective and efficient. The cost was reasonable. Communicated well, describing the problem, and the options for repair. I had a roof leak, and other minor roof/gutter issues which he took care of. They were more professional than a large contractor that is doing a job for me right now. They showed up when they said they were coming. They did the job with care. They only way you knew that they were there is my beautiful new shed roof.

Jim was very friendly. Called ahead and let me know what time he would be arriving. He had everything done within a half hour after he arrived. He also found some problems with my gutter hangers and repaired them on the spot. I definitely recommend calling him first for this service. Also, reasonably priced for the work he did!!!

Reliable. Showed up, gave an estimate, returned a few dates as agreed to do the job. They did almost all the small jobs discussed. However, the water leakage onto the front porch is still an issue. The job for that section was to clean, chevk where the leak was to either fix or to replace.
