James is so responsive, professional, fair and explains everything about the job so there will be no surprises. I contacted him on a Wednesday and by the following Monday we had gorgeous new gutters. Do not hesitate to hire The Gutter Guy!

We thought we were going to have to get a whole new gutter when we called him for a quote, but he was able to see that he only needed to make some adjustments to solve the problem! This actually was a gutter cleaning. However, very extensive. I have 189 feet of gutter and most of it hadn't been cleaned since I don't know when (about 60 feet was only 4 years old but rest was put on in 1997). James is very professional and polite. They came quickly (within the day). He has an office person which is great for contact purposes. I chose James because he had the best reviews on Angie's List. It said he was in Nyack-he does work there too but he does a lot in Dutchess County where I am. I won't share what I paid but it was quite low for 189 feet of gutter and three leaders (he was thorough and also checked to make sure the leaders were not clogged) While I cannot afford it now, when I can, I will also ask him to do the gutter screening. He also inspected my roof, found a nail that was popping up, and suggested to me to call the roofer.
