They were kind of like a subcontractor. you tell them what you were looking at and they gave you suggestions. If the ideas that you had weren't going to work out the way you think then they came up with suggestions. They didn't disway you on doing it their way, they just kind of gave you help and made it aesthetically pretty. They made things work. If it was a little tough or they had to do a little extra work that was fine, their main focus was making the consumer happy. That was a big thing for me. They helped to get your kitchen the way you wanted to have it and didn't mind going that extra mile and making extra trips to their supplier to get the equipment. That's important to me.
