After the flood we interviewed a few contractors for this job. John Belmonte came to our house with a tremendous amount of ideas and enthusiasm. The entire interior of our place was gutted to the rafters and floor and ceiling joists. The kitchen and den were converted to one big room with a vaulted ceiling.Two new bathrooms were installed. All new tile floors, radiant heat, new boiler and oil tank, sheetrock on walls and ceilings, kithchen cabinets and granite counter top, windows and doors in the entire house were installed. All new insulalation and mini split air conditioning were also installed. The entire job came out magnificently and we can't thank him and his crew enough for getting us back in our brand new house after the devastation of sandy. They came to our house every day monday to friday every week until the job was compeleted. The quality of the work is exceptional. The tile and cabinet installation is perfect in every way. All of the work was done with our prior approval and input, but John is also great at design ideas and he is up on all of the latest products. It was very helpful in helping us pick out the designs for the entire project. There was a very good back and forth between us to make sure that we were satisfied with everything that was being done. .
