Description of Work: Weekly lawn maintenance

Description of Work: The firm was charge with a new walkway, removal of a shed, regrading backyard to create more level yard and adding some topsoil and seed. The walkway came out great and we love it but that was all we loved. The owner came to supervise the workers. The shed fell in on the worker taking it down and luckily he was not hurt but I attribute it to their poor planning and way they took down an already decreipt shed. The owner tried to leave the shed's concrete block foundation and leave it in the yard but I told him he agreed to remove all of the shed. He told me it would be good for the lawn - concrete in lawn I think not and it was an area for a garden besides Also he underestimated the extent of regrading and the amount of fill needed to put in the yard. So he did a minimal and bad job regrading and added very poor quality fill to my backyard. A year later I am still pulling out large pieces of broken glass from the soil. I have a toddler and basically the yard had to become a no-go zone. Also the fill was of poor quality so the seed did not take and these nasty weeds (a succulent) came up instead. Well, we just finished killing them all (only doable by chemicals) and removing them all & had to do a lot of work we had paid to be done. In essence, we paid $3000 for a nice walkway and a nightmare of a backyard, hence the price was considered only poor. Lesson don't necessarily go with the lowest bidder. Also BBB gave them an A but I think there were no recent reports.

Description of Work: Everything Green comes once a week to mow our lawn, trim, edge, weeds where needed and turns the dirt over in the flower beds. We have a service agreement that we pay by the week. Our yard is medium size for our area.

Description of Work: I HAVE THE FLOWERBEDS MAINTAINED. PLANTINGS ARE REPLACED WHEN NECESSARY. THE SHRUBS HAVE BEEN REPLACED AND LANDSCAPING DONE IN FRONT AND BACK OF HOUSE.
