Description of Work: Jack Feeney and his technical staff were Professional - with a capital P - all the way around! Westex Pest Control did just that! They controlled the pests for the time needed using the latest versions of NATURAL sprays that bothered the mosquitos but not the humans. There were a number of human beings who are highly sensitive to these chemicals. Did I say chemicals? There weren't any chemicals! As I said, there were combinations of natural products that, should they have come in contact with the silverware or plates that the humans touched, could have been used in the food served outside without any second thoughts, whatsoever! Mr. Feeney and his staff sprayed my very large back yard to discourage any mosquitos or other bugs/pests from feasting on the food for our dinner party of 40 people. When he first came over to inspect our yard and discuss the project, he made sure to inform us of potential problems aimed at us by Mother Nature. For example: Should there be an evening of rain in the time period set for spraying, it would be a major problem and the spray would have to be either postponed or cancelled, as the spray would not only be washed off by the rain, it would potentially pool in standing water, which would be increasingly harmful. As it happened, it DID rain, the weather was INCREASINGLY HUMID and warm. True to his word, the application of the spray was postponed 24 hours and we were able to have both our party and the application of the mosquito spray. Let's talk about Extras for a moment. In addition to the spraying of our large back yard - how large is it? We could have put a wedding reception in the back yard without any problem. OR, we could have built another two-story house in the back yard and still have left room for a nice sized yard in which children could play on a swing set! - with that in mind, Mr. Feeney also recommended "Lanterns," to be placed around the tent that we had erected for both light and the natural combination of elements that he recommended for our party. He quoted me the price for it, said his goodbyes, and 5 minutes later was back at the front door. Why? Because, he told me, that I could purchase these same lamps online and save money! Had he purchased them, he would have to add in a fee to cover his efforts. Mr. Feeney also talked with me about where to search online and who had some of the best pricing and availability! He was right! What can I say about Westex, Jack Feeney, and his staff? There are not enough great things to say about them! Would I hire them again? In a Heartbeat! No hesitation!

Description of Work: Why am I writing a review after only a visit by this provider? Because Jack F is the consummate professional! He said he would call when he was approximately 30 minutes away. He did that! He was on time! He looked professional in his uniform! He took his time to explain not only to me, but to the other family members who had a difficult time grasping what he is going to do! And he did it a number of times....... he may even not make that much on the job.. but he has a new customer for life! (his and ours!)

Description of Work: We use Westex Pest Management for pest control services. They come every three months to spray, and check everything out. He comes out and consults, as well and sprays for insects, he does outside and inside.
