TRADESHOW DISPLAY CO

I recently purchased a sign from a local company that had been storing the sign at Trade Show Display Co. I made an appointment (specific time and date) to pick up sign with Todd Ulm, (co-owner) when I arrived Tom Ulm (owner) acted as if he new nothing about it and was locking doors to leave. He said Todd never set up appointment and made every excuse on why he could not get the sign out of storage. When I asked to set up another date he refused and said it will take weeks to get it out of storage and that he would call me. When I said you have poor customer service he said "with an attitude like that you might not ever get the sign." I have a feeling they may have sold the sign themselves.
