It went well for the most part. Posts were solidly replaced by two experienced techs. Two posts were on the east side and two were on the west side. No issue with the east side post repair. The west side posts could not be totally accessed from the neighbors due to a NY State required pool fence. This necessitated the repair to incorporate stainless steel brackets instead of using the fence's dowel construction as was done on the east side. This had not been mentioned or missed during the initial review, however the fence appears to be repaired well. The only other issue was that Sadler does not provide for the removal of fence debris. This added additional 'Bagster" costs to the repair project. Overall, found Mr. Colin Sadler and his crew easy to deal with and was punctual unlike other fencing contractors who opted to give the proverbial runaround. Mr Sadler's communication process was above expectations and would very much consider his company when fencing needs arise.

The Sadler team was punctual and professional when installing the fence. The communication between the lead and myself was fantastic. The craftsmanship was fantastic as well. My yard is highly graded, Sadler did a great job of ensuring a smooth slope/clean top fence line over some small undulations. I highly recommend working with their team.

Colin Sadler personally handled the estimate, contract, job setup and all communication. He responds very quickly to any and all questions. He gave us a scheduled date far in advance, updated us on progress to scheduled date, and showed up right on time. Work was completed in one day, looks great, and we have received numerous compliments from neighbors. Yard was cleaned up with no evidence that the crew had been there. We would definitely recommend Sadler to anyone needing fence work. Looking forward to the stain next season!

Colin and his employees did an excellent job. He kept in contact after we first scheduled the job and was right on time. The new fence looks great and the old one is just a memory. They removed the old one and hauled it away. We had a small issue with the amount of space under the gate - one of our dogs is small and we were afraid he would be able to escape. Colin was right on the issue and came up with a solution for us. We can't say enough positive about him and his company.

Colin and his crew worked a full day on Labor Day and completed the large scale job the following day. His crew was punctual, courteous and professional. Colin was on hand to deal with issues such as tree roots and we are very pleased with the result. We found Colin on Angie's List and agree completely with his "A" rating.

Love our new fence! We couldn't be happier with the product and service we received. Not only did they come in with a bid lower than all the bigger fence companies, but they provided much better service. Colin has a great knowledge of fencing and foresaw possible problems (ex: trees, aesthetics) so we could address them ahead of time. Although we had a good idea what type of fence we wanted, he answered all of our questions and made us feel confident in our choice. Colin also responded quickly and was always on time for appointments. Work started on the scheduled day and finished on time. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Very responsive - Colin always returned our calls same day or next day. His quote was accurate and reasonable. The crew worked efficiently and professionally. Colin accommodated a change in our vacation schedule and installed our fence a few days earlier than we originally planned. He really tries to meet the needs of his customers. It has been almost one year since the installation and our fence still looks great. The crew did a terrific job making the fence level on uneven ground. A recent contractor commented on our fence and praised the fence installation.

We contacted Sadler Fencing because of previous reviews we read online. We liked how professional the website was set up and were drawn to the fence price estimator tool. I played around with the tool for a bit and different fence styles and decided to give Sadler Fencing a call. The owner (Colin) came out quickly to do a free estimate. He gave us several quotes based on different fence configurations. The pricing was very close to the estimator tool on their website. We got a few other fence estimates from other companies but we didn't feel the other companies were as professional and they did not come close in price. We decided to have Sadler Fencing complete our fence project. They removed the old decrepit privacy fence and set posts for the new fence in one day. They came back the next day to finish up the fence. We came home on the second day to a beautiful new chain link fence! Instead of wanting the final balance right away, Colin wanted to stop out and walk the fence with us to make sure we were satisfied. It's very clear that he makes customer service his number one priority. We could not be more happy with the work that Colin and his crew completed. I would highly recommend Sadler Fencing to anyone needing work done on their fences.

I received a call to set up a complete estimate right after buying through Angie's List. My fence was longer then the special but the total estimate was very reasonable. Colin set up the install date and called a few days before it to confirm. The crew showed up and put the fence up on Friday and completed the job on Saturday. They did a great job and I would hire them again.

Our fence looks wonderful! Colin helped me through the permit process and was always so quick to get back to me, and explained everything very well. His crew did a great job, I was surprised how quickly they were able to get it installed, and they informed me along the way of trees/obstructions that may be in the way so they could adjust during the installation process. Everything went well. They were here as promised and did an excellent job. The cost of the 6' fence (total footage 74.5ft) with a 4' gate was a very competitive $2500 Colin Sadler (the owner) is truly a good man that wants to be the best fence installer in the business (my opinion). The two fine young men that built the fence (Kyle and Bill) take much pride in the work that they do. I highly recommend Sadler Fence and Staining to everyone.
