Excellent service! This man was wonderful! He came in and put the poison down and they are all gone now never had another incident of rats again. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

1:00 Friday came and went. Vendor was a no show. Repeated calls to listed number were answered by a machine. Left a voise mail on the first call asking for an updated arrival time. The fourth call (around 2:20) was finally answered by a male, who muttered something about and quot;she never told meand quot;. He tried to make a second appointment for Monday, but when told of the urgency (bite), asked if 3:30 Friday would work. I said someone would be there. Nobody showed up then, either, and their number continued to be answered by a machine. Very poor customer service and internal communications.

They made an appointment and then did not show up. There was no call to explain the situation either. I allowed him to come back the house. He came and promised to send an estimate. He never did this or scheduled another appointment. He also never called to say he wasn't going to take the job. I thought the price was fair but the rest of his service was severly lacking and deserved an F.

We had a bee problem, with an apparent hive in the front porch. They came out very quickly, knew exactly what they were doing and within a short while had everything under control -- bees were gone! I'd recommend. They did a nice job!

It didn't take long and the exterminator was prompt, efficient and courteous. He did what he was supposed to do. Get rid of a large hornets nest. And gave me instructions on what to expect over the next few days and to call if the hornets started rebuilding a new next. I was very pleased with the results and will call again if other work is needed.

He is extremely nice and efficient. He performed everything in just one visit.

Came promptly when others were unable to schedule us on short notice (work needed to be completed in mid-construction of addition). Very knowledgeable.

I had used Ryan's Exterminating last year, and he did a wonderful job. However, this time he set bait out instead of spraying, and it did not work. I kept calling, so finally he came back out and sprayed around the house. He wanted to do inside, but I refused to spray inside too.
