Russ and his crew did an excellent job on the addition to my house. They were there bright and early every day. They were meticulous about everything!!! Communication was great the whole way through. They let me know what was taking place each day and any new questions or decisions that had to be made. They took extra precautions to make sure my pets were ok and completed a special request for an outdoor cat enclosure. I highly recommend them.

The initial experience was very positive. He contacted us just a day after I e-mailed him, stating we were looking for an estimate on remodeling a half-bathroom, a very easy, simple job. The individual arrived at the appointment right on time and was friendly, professional and promised to contact us quickly with an estimate. We gave him a written work request with all details of what we wanted accomplished. It contained our home phone, cell phone and e-mail. After approximately 2 weeks without hearing from him, I contacted him by phone. Got his voice mail and left a message, saying to please contact us, if even to say the job was too small or he was too busy and he could not do it. We heard nothing from him. Very unprofessional.
