Perfect! Awesome! Outstanding!

Service from the beginning was very poor. It took several days to get a return phone call for an estimate. Their estimate was fair and we made an agreement at the same time to have them cut my tree down. I hadn't heard from them so I called several days later. They didn't remember coming to give me the quote or our agreement to cut my tree down. Once their memory was jogged they told me they would call right back with a date. Well no call back. After a few days wait I called them and was told they were too busy and the weather was too hot. I reminded them that all I wanted was to be put on their schedule and be given a date and time. The owner, Kelley, got very snippy with me and told me they weren't going to cut my tree down after all. In the meantime, I called all the other company's that had given me estimates that I was going with someone else. Never, at any time, was I discourteous with them. I was very flexable with a date as long as it was before the fall weather. Needless to say, this whole ordeal was very upsetting. This is the first time I have given any business a poor rating.

I explained my situation to them on the phone and they came right over, gave me a very reasonable quote - $450 less than the other quote I received - and came the next day and did a great job trimming the tree! Nick and his team were very nice and polite and cleaned up the yard perfectly when they were finished. Highly recommend!!!

Removal of this tree took 3 weeks (only when I called him weekly to ask for progress). The final time he came on a Sunday morning (without checking to see if that would be convenient), cut the remaining stump and complained to my neighbor that he was "sick of this job, she nags me to do this, the b****." Despite my calls, the remaining stump has not been ground down.
