Kasmier Painting

David and his crew did a great job. They were very neat, meticulous and worked quickly yet carefully. The interior rooms were painted expertly, with even coating and clean lines. If I didn't know the vinyl siding on the outside was painted something other than the factory color, I certainly wouldn't be able to tell. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves very well. I was especially impressed with the professionalism they showed. The job was only supposed to take 5 days to complete. Given the extreme rain we had during the time of the project, it took quite a while longer than what we originally anticipated. Since they had just one day of work to complete the crew came on a sunny Saturday to finish the job. While they could have finished that day, they determined that the siding was still too wet (from rain) to paint properly, and they would have to come back yet another day to finish up. I understand that this cost them more time and money as the job had already taken them much longer than anticipated to complete, and I'm sure they could have thrown up some paint and been long gone before I knew differently. However, they did the right thing and waited for the remaining side to dry properly before finishing the job. Our house looks great and I couldn't be happier about the work.

David Kasmier did a very good job. He and his assistant took great care of the paint and kept it towards the wall as it has to be. I know they used very good paint as I have allergic reactions to paint smells and I can get very sick if the wrong paint is used. There was no odor either. They finished quickly as they could and I was pleased with it.

JMV met all our expectations. The owner of the company supervised the crew and was always available to monitor the work and respond to our requests. They were accomodating and paid attention to every detail.
