Work was good, but communication was terrible. Didn't show up on certain days, showed up late. Would leave in the middle of the work to go do other work. Very frustrating to deal with.
Description of Work: Had general work done. Kitchen cabinets, countertop, faucets etc.

He's very meticulous and his work is an excellent value and ndash; he charges reasonably. He's very neat and cleans up every day. He doesn't leave mess. This was really important on a job where there were children on-site. If he has a question he'll ask; he's very communicative. He's reliable and ndash; when he says he'll be there, he will be.
Description of Work: He installed an exterior & interior door. He also rebuilt a side-entryway. He finished my front porch including vinyl siding & boxed in the supports with decorative columns. He's also done some interior work – insulating duct work & then drywall & painting to close up the holes caused by the work. We own 4 rental properties so there's always something to do or at least finish.
