Excellent work - came when scheduled, cleaned up, and did quality work on everything.

I was buying an older home and invited Ivy Lea to provide me a quote. They sent out "Mike" who took measurements, made notes, made some suggestions and then promised to send a quote in 2 days. 5 days later, I called and left Mike a message. 7 days later, I emailed Mike who responded that he was busy and would get back to me in a week. Never heard from them again. Not very professional!

They gave us a price range of $50000 to $100000 during a one hour visit. What stood out was the lack of interest in getting the job. They could spend more time with the client. They could follow up, they didn't follow up until 8 weeks later.

Wonderful! Crew were courteous, on time, cleaned after every days work, kept us informed and were professional in their work.

Contractors were here on time everyday – good communication during construction – finished on time no surprises.

The company took a long time in providing estimates and responding to inquires. The workers were on time, professional & polite. We are satisfied with end-product.

Overall did an excellent job. Price was a little higher than I hoped for. However, top quality work. Work area always kept neat & cleaned up. Everyone was extremely professional. Had absolutely no issues w/anything. Completely satisfied.

Walked me through step by step of what was going to happen. Had an appointment to pick out everything for the bathroom. While this sounds like fun, it is very stressful and the team that I was working with could tell I was getting stressed and changed the way I was picking out each item. Then it all came together and I left very happy. Started a week earlier than they gave me. Had a lock box on the house, never saw the crew, but they left everyday with a very clean area. It almost was like Christmas when I came home from work to see what was done each day. Called me when they found an issue, (I knew they would find something) walked me through it and told me what they were going to do to fix it. Office called me to let me know when they would be back. Little did I know, my neighbor was keeping an eye on what was going on and told me after the end of the project that they were very professional while they were at the house. They told me the job would take 2 1/2 to 3 weeks and they were right on. They tore out my flooring, ceiling, walls. New plumbing was installed, new electrical work was done. Everything new was put in. I didn't originally have a medicine cabinet, and they put one in. I wanted a corner shower, which the plumbing would have to go on an outside wall, so additional insulation and changes needed to be made to protect the plumbing from the cold. They suggested to put in a smaller vanity to give me more room in a very small bathroom, and it looks fantastic. The bathroom is more than I thought it would be. Absolutely love it. I show it off any chance I get. This is the second major project I've had Ivy Lea do and again, they made the job stress-less.

Start date delayed cause of communication. Other wise, job was performed with no issues. Old driveway dug up. New larger area prepped and concrete poured.

It went well. Everyone was prompt and worked efficiently. I have always thought Ivy Lea was expensive, but the quality of their work is absolutely top-notch and done in a totally professional manner.

I have called this provider in the past and present and has always been told that it would take into the next year to do any work for my home. The provider doesn't care to do small home improvement jobs. The guy Mike will offer to have someone come out and give an estimate but, can't do the work until the next year. I'm done calling this business.

The quote had a cost range between 9 grand and 15 grand. No details on what or how this would be done. Also said if I accept this they would send a plumber and another estimator for detailed quotes but they would charge $85 per hour for the plumber quote and between 1 grand and 2500 for their estimator, if I then confirmed acceptance these charges would be, I think, incorporated in the original quote rand of 9-15 grand. All this is very confusing. I would not recommend them to do any work as they are vague in price quoting and can really confuse people, needless to say I will not hire them, ever. Beware.

ILC gave a very comprehensive estimate for repair work inside my home. The problem wAs that they were 30%_40% higher than my insurance company estimate and that much higher than any other contractor I called.

The weather in our area slowed up the job due to 7 feet of snow but after they were able to start the kept at the job for about 3-4 weeks. Very professional and on target with their job plan. The personnel and supervisors were always concerned with getting the job done on time and done right. Every item was done extremely well and IvyLea always stayed in touch with us and still does today. Sometimes they even brought us coffee in the morning. I would definitely have them back in a heartbeat to tackle any job. Good people that really care about the customer and really care. They even helped us with financing and discounts. We are very happy we had them as our contractors several times.

Architect drew plans but didn't make revisions I requested. Was told I had signed off on the drawings and revised drawings would cost more. The blueprints wee given to me and I don't remember approving them.

Did not proceed with the work. I can't comment on their quality, but at those prices it should be perfection. Get other estimates.

The workers were on time, finished on time and all debris was cleaned up. Workers were courteous and pleasant.

Can't speak more highly about Ivy Lea. After meeting with multiple companies for new windows and feeling like I wasn't getting quality and they were just trying to sell to me, we met with Scott from Ivy Lea. Everything just felt right and no pressure. They were more expensive but because of their quality of windows and work. We switched from a casement window to three double hungs and it turned out beautiful! They gutted the old window and put in the new one like new construction. They spent the entire day there and cleaned up after themselves.

They are absolutely first rated. They are the best. They really like what they do. They solve problems in advance and their prices are fair. They are real customer oriented and I know them. They are nice people. They are the best in the area and nobody can touch them. I've talked to a lot of them and I've had a lot of them come over and take a look at the issues that I've had. I've had no problems. Most people are so price conscience that they look at the bottom line the moment the contractor comes to conclusion without thinking about the true cost of ownership and most people deserve everything that happens to them. They've done two houses for me and they do anything with remodeling.

Everything was done professionally and well from start to finish.

I do not know what the price of this service could have been had I had someone else to do it. I only have a gut feeling it was a little high, but from what I have heard any work by any contractor seems expensive to me. The only quality issue we have with the job is that the electrician did not repair the plaster that got damaged around the electrical box in the bathroom. It is a minor issue, but my wife noticed right away when she got home. Other than that, they were pleasant, helpful and were willing to meet with me during hours I liked. They did contact me about fixing the plaster later. I appreciated that. But like I said it was minor and it would have been more trouble for me to have them fix it than for me to do it myself. That is I could fix it with 5 minutes work myself. It is minor. Thank you Ivy Lea.

I hired them because I wanted a firm big enough to have back up employees. Good thing! New guy could not connect kitchen sink and instructed me to "use less water". Company immediately sent competent employee to do the job.

Very professional company. Estimator and owner are experts in what they are doing. Workers stayed on schedule and very friendly and courteous. Some of the best work I've had done on my house. The remodel and work was beautiful but not flawless. When I say flawless, its because what I was told by the owner of Ivy Lea and the estimator and the crew always differed. Communication between the 3 isn't exactly perfect so...a recessed shelve in the shower wasn't installed and the light switches in the living room were not installed as we planned but where the electrician thought they should go. All 8 canister lights are on 1 switch when they were to be on 4 individual switches for varying lighting options. Shame on me for not insisting that the mistakes be corrected, but when the work has been completed and that's when you realize they didn't do what they said they were going to do. Oh well never again. For me.

First they told me they would come in December then January, they called us and my wife took off work when they were supposed to show up and called and and said they couldn't show up and kept giving us a five day windows they would come but kept pushing that back. They left a lot of stuff in my basement and they were charging there tools over the weekend and they never asked me to do that. They had a truck they left at my house for awhile because they could not get it started due to the weather and they had a huge box in my garage that took up a lot of space and finally took it away when they finished the job. They even hooked up the the hot and cold water to the wrong sides and they said that the pipes were marked wrong. My bathroom door would open to the right and we were putting a vanity on that side and wanted to get a door that would open into that vanity, and they said they didn't know they had to do that and never ordered a door. They told me it would cost $600 to get that door so I went to the hardware store to buy my own door. After the job was finished there were around 8 different things that they had to come back and fix.
