Nick called me because he was running early, to make sure it was okay that he came over early. When he arrived he got right to work fixing my gutters. He had some recommendations for making the gutters work better which involved moving the downspout over a few inches. Nick completed the work quickly and professionally and because it took less time than they estimated, the final bill was less than their quote.

Work was performed well - no problems since.

The work was done properly, carefully and quickly. The clean-up was, too.

Called several companies (many from Angies List) for quotes, most were not interested in my job because it was to small. Spoke with someone at GutterKing, and received a phone call promptly back from the owner. He gave me a price right over the phone, and was right in line with the other quotes received (maybe a bit less). Work was scheduled within 2 days, and he also took another 5% off with the printed Angies List Coupon from this site. The workers were very friendly, fast, and professional. The asked my preference on a couple of things (downspout location, etc..) and did exactly what I asked. They tested everything by pouring water down the roof, and even bent the drip edge out (which was improperly nailed into the fascia by my roofers) to let the water drip into the gutters properly. They were gone is less than 30 minutes, and did a great job. I would recommend and will use them again.

Very nice lady set up the service on the phone. I was not present when service occurred, but a summary was left and I am very satisfied with the results.

Gutterking did a great job cleaning the gutters on our large home in Clarence, NY. They were competitively priced, and punctual.

They did flush my gutters which was causing my gutters to overflow during heavy rains. They made minor adjustments to flashing where necessary. Overall I was satisfied for the price. However, the guys were really rushing and made a bit of a mess. But at least I didn't have to get on ladders.

The Gutterking folks gave me the estimate by phone, apparently using a web picture to size up the job. I paid by phone, went to work, and the gutters were cleaned when I got home. No mess nor fuss.

I called to get an estimate, and received a prompt call back in which the office contact left the estimate on my voice mail. I called back to say that I wanted to have the service done, because the estimate was very reasonable ($125), but I wasn't able to talk to anyone and so I didn't leave a message. The company ended up following up with me and I was able to arrange service that way. When they came they were very prompt and professional. They ended up not charging me the entire estimated price because my gutters were in such bad shape that they couldn't clean them as arranged. Nick was very nice about breaking the bad news to me, and recommended someone to call to get an estimate on doing the extensive roof work that I apparently need. I appreciated his professionalism and I will definitely call GutterKing in the future when I have new gutters to clean!

In need of new gutters, I decided to try a local provider - Gutter King of Orchard Park, NY. After calling twice and sending an email on Friday, 10/26, I was told that things were quite busy and that I would be contacted over the weekend regarding setting up an estimate appointment. After no attempt to get in touch with me over the weekend, on Monday 10/29 receptionist Nicole finally called me back to let me know some frustrating news. The company was too busy to deal with me and it "still took gas" to make the drive to my location for an estimate. Dissatisfied with this proposal and feeling as if I was inconveniencing them, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere and I strongly recommend others in need of new gutters or gutter repair do the same.

The job went smooth and better than I expected.

It is often difficult to get contractors to our summer home on Lake Erie. Gutter King showed up when we requested, gave us an outline of what could be completed and furnished us with an estimate that day! The work was completed exactly as stated and ON THE DAY we requested and in the time allotted. We were very pleased with the results and will defifnitely use them again in the near future to continue with their suggested repairs and upgrades.

We live in Williamsville in a 3,200 square foot home. I called Gutter King to get an estimate for gutter cleaning and left a message. The guy called back right away and said he had recently done a job in my neighborhood. He said he would call back with an estimate. He called back promptly and left a message saying he had checked out our house online and that it was a "nightmare" because we have an awning and the roof is "unwalkable" because it has many angles. He then quoted $175 to clean the gutters which seemed very high to us since it was $65 or $75 the last time we had it done. I called around and got additional quotes ranging from $75 to $125, which is what I ended up paying. Bottom line - the company was responsive but the price was much higher than all other estimates so we used someone else.

GutterKing cleaned the gutters as requested with a few days of calling. Service was timely and technicians left debri in bags for disposal. I will use GufferKing again.

I called on Monday, they came out Tuesday to give me a quote, and showed up Wednesday exactly on time to perform the work. They made a recommendation to change the location of the downspout in order to provide proper drainage, and did the work exactly as requested and very quickly. Both gentlemen were very professional and I'm extremely happy with the work. I would definitely use them again.

The owner came out and did the assessment, and came to install them. I had several others come to give me an assessment and gutter king was by far better than anyone else. They were a little more expensive but they guarantee their work and I was very pleased. My home is older and I have a tile roof and the owner was the only person (out of several other contractors) who understood what needed to be done.

They were prompt, provided information about what needed to be done and the cost and did exactly what they described. This took three visits. On one, problems at another house delayed their arrival. I was called, told what the delay would be and offered the opportunity to reschedule. I found them to be very professional and was happy with the service provided

GUTTERKING arrived when they said they would and spent about a half hour cleaning the gutters and flushing the downspouts. When a heavy rain came the next evening and there was a downspout problem, I called and left a message. Early morning the next day, they called and asked what the problem was. They arrived within about forty-five minutes to fix the problem. I thought the fee was a little high, but since they immediately returned to fix the problem the next day, that was a good thing.

I spent a total of $200 to $300 on that service. When I called them they were able to schedule an appointment pretty promptly and able to get here without me being here and do the things that I wanted. I called a couple of times and I could not get a hold of them.

Both estimate and work date/time were punctual. Reviewed work to be done,and completed it quickly. Well done. No dom'ts for me.
