They didn?t do it right they left a whole in the ground. I got a letter from the company and they were supposed to charge me $135. I paid cash so didn?t get a refund or a receipt. There was 2 guys that did the work and took off when they got the money.

Gutter King was responsive, reasonable price and most of all reliable and honest.

Gutter king gave me a quote over the phone based on satellite image and my description of the problem. I had about five feet hanging off due to ice damages. They wound up replacing my entire back gutter. They tested the job with a bucket of water. Looks great.

GutterKing called ahead before they came as scheduled, and cleared the blockage with no problem. The two men were friendly yet professional. One of the men even took a few minutes to answer a question I had about an issue I was having with earth washing away at the bottom of a different gutter downspout, that was unrelated to the reason why they were scheduled.

Called Nick who came out in June and supplied an estimate for work. We were not ready to have work done then, but when I called in August to see if estimate still good, company said yes. Scheduled service and Paul and crew came out and did work. On upper back part of house, they noticed wood was rotted, and pointed this out. Had Home Depot put in new roof in 6/2014 and was never informed of this. Contacted them and was brushed off, stated it was they gutter guys problem. Guys came back to finish the job, and everything looks great. Big Thanks to Paul and his crew for all the hard work and going the extra mile to try to have an issue that was not their fault corrected. We really appreciate that. No thanks to the other place who didn't fix the problem origanlly

Nick and their team have done work for me in the past and they are always reliable, prompt and professional. They won't try to sell you on something you don't need. I trust Nick and his crew.

I contacted the company through Angie's list for an estimate on repairing damaged gutters from last winter. They called me back right away and we scheduled an appointment a couple of days later. I was very pleased that they were willing to call me about 30 minutes prior to arriving so that I could just leave work for an hour to meet them there and not take a full day off. He explained the estimate completely and was very helpful in letting me know what needed and did not need to be done based in the information I gave him. In other words, he didn't try to oversell me since not all my gutters were damaged from the storm. While the cost was a bit higher than expected, that was not due to their pricing, but rather the shoddy job done by the last owner of the house, so the job was a bit more complicated than a straight replacement. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves completely. The gutters looked great and they seemed to take great pride in their work.

We absolutely love the gutters they look beautiful and the color is a perfect match to our house! We went with the larger gutters because it was recommended to us and we have not had any problems! We are satisfied and would/have recommended the GutterKing to others!

The problem was the woman hung up the phone on me. I asked for quick service and was literally hung up on. I guess the hard winter has made these companies able to give bad service.

Nick is highly professional and pays attention to details. He did an excellent job - roof de-icing cables were nicely installed. He does not try to sell you items you do not need (such as thermostats for the cable, etc). I recommend him with no reservations for this service.

They showed up on a day nobody was home and did it which was a bit of surprise but nevertheless they did a good job

He did a good job. He came and rerouted the water to keep it from getting into the basement. The water could be rerouted away from the side of the house. He had a very creative solution. I would reccommend to other people. Hands down he is the best! They listened to my needs and rerouted it farther out. He is a really good guy.

Scheduling was good and they showed up on time. They were nice, professional, and quick. They did an excellent job.

Gutter King did a great job. The owner came out to give me an estimate. He explained everything about his product and was very professional and friendly. Gave me a great price and then installed the gutters within a few days. Guys who did the work were on time and very efficient. Gutters look wonderful. They left my deck a little dirt, my gutters were filled with mud and leaves, but my hose was not working properly so it was hard to clean up. I would definitely recommend using Gutter King!!!!!

Very well. GutterKing responded promptly to my request for an onsite visit and quote and then came out and installed the new gutters, including gutter guards, on the date we agreed and for the price we agreed on. Very happy with their service.

Everything was perfect. From the first contact to the completion of the job, we were very pleased. The quote was only $25 more than it was going to cost to have the vinyl (non-seamless) basic in-stock gutters from Home Depot installed by our handyman. The crew that did the work was very professional, they were careful with our landscaping and finished the job quickly. They look wonderful, I'm so happy we called them to check the price, I had no idea seamless gutters could be so affordable. We would recommend GutterKing to anyone!

Still trying to sort out what happened. My recollection is that I paid them for a gutter clean back in October, which I thought was to be deducted from the amount above. When they Finally came out to do the work in June (not their fault, they couldn't come in Nov., but it did take a while after things thawed out) I paid them the full $644, but then realized I had overpaid them and called the office to see if I was mistaken. nICHOLE SAID THEY HAD BEEN OUT AND CLEANED MY GUTTERS IN THE FALL. We were not aware of that and saw no evidence to that effect. She said they would charge for another clean out since it had been six months since they were last here? My biggest complaint is: they are really hard to reach, as all their numbers lead to one dispatcher and one phone #. She said she'd look into it, and call me back. I never heard a thing. So, maybe I paid them twice for a gutter clean out, but I never heard. I also think it was expensive for the work. Wouldn't use them again, due to poor communication and a feeling I got grossly overcharged.

Very polite, done quickly with the minimum of fuss and very tidy. I would most certainly use them again. Highly recommended.

It went excellent. Nick is very very good and very hard working. It took them about 4 hours to get the job done. He’s very neat and tidy.

I was not home for the service but returned home at the end in order to pay. The men doing the work were very polite and the one in charge informed me of the work done and where the clogs were. He pointed out a few problem areas just for my information. He was very nice and I appreciated that. They were fast and got the job done!

This is the second time I've used gutterkings. I actually used them for a house I rent out in Buffalo, while I live in Syracuse. They made it easy for me to take care of the gutters and not have to be in town. I had large plants and ivy that grew in the gutters and they took care of it all. I liked that they emailed me a receipt, that was convenient.
