Description of Work: During our large Buffalo snow storm, the gutter system on one side of my house was damaged. I contacted them in December, and they placed me on a list for repairs when the weather permitted. They called the beginning of April and scheduled me for April 9th. A crew of three arrived at my house on time and were polite and courteous. They installed my new gutter within a half hour. I would highly recommend Gutter King and would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Replaced an area of gutter and downspout at the back of my house and cleaned out the yankee gutter and downspouts all around the roof of a large 3-story neo-colonial home. From estimate to execution, they were perfection. They corrected an old problem, gave me good advice, and did the job exactly as promised. I wasn't even home. I came home from work to find the job done perfectly.

The two men introduced themselves by name and were very professional. There was not a trace that they had been here. | |One of the men collected the slimy refuse from the gutters and asked if we had a compost where he could empty it. We did and I appreciated his extra effort.

Description of Work: Called Gutter King to have snow removed and heaters put on the roof because of ice build up and a leak in my Florida room . I was very impressed with Nick. He was on time, very professional, and explained everything in a language I could understand. When he returned to do the actual job he inspected the roof and told me the heaters would not solve the problem because the roof was the problem, not the gutters. He said he could not do what he had promised and advised me to contact a roofer first and have them look at the roof. I appreciated his honesty. He removed all the snow from the roof, cleared the gutters and told me to let him know what the roofers said after I decided on one. I would not have a problem contacting this company for any job I had in the future.
