Description of Work: Absolutely terrible. I had Frank Jr. come out to my place to give me an estimate on adding a washer/dryer in my hall closet next to my bathroom. He told me he was able to do the job and should be able to complete it the following week (gave me a rough estimate of $2,000, which was a great price). He told me in order to get an accurate estimate, it would be much easier if the bathroom was torn out and if I bought the specific washing machine that I would be using in there. So I did both of those things within a couple days. Frank came back a second time to confirm he could do the job, which was great! He told me he'd have an estimate that night for me. Long story short, a week and a half later after MANY calls to his office and texts to his cell phone, I am told that he "doesn't have time to complete my job and therefore doesn't have any estimate". Absolutely ridiculous! What type of plumber tells a customer that he can complete the job confidently and for the customer to tear out a bathroom and to buy a washing machine so that they can move forward with everything when in reality, nothing was going to happen?? A bad and unprofessional plumber, that's who. If he "didn't have time", maybe he could have mentioned that from the start?? Maybe not come out at all to give an estimate?? The other thing... I had 6 other plumbers come over to look at the same project. Every single one of them couldn't understand how Frank was going to do what he said he could do. So that tells you that they are not only unprofessional, but they don't know what they are talking about either (which is why I believe he backed out and screwed me over). Not even the head town plumbing inspector could believe that this happened. Don't tell someone you can complete something if you can't. It's pretty simple.

+ -1 moreI called Grand Jude Plumbing and my call was answered by someone who seemed like she hardly took these types of calls. I needed a two handle shower faucet converted to a one handle. She seemed a little puzzled and said that she would "let him know" and that, IF HE WAS INTERESTED, he would give me a call. This is a plumbing company, isn't it?
Description of Work: Never returned my call.

Description of Work: They repiped our house with copper and replaced the cast iron pipes with PVC. We were very pleased and highly recommend them. We had estimates from several other plumbers, but Frank came highly recommended, and we felt confident he would do a much better job than some of the other plumbing companies we spoke to.

+ -1 moreThe first occasion was clearing pieces of roofing that roofers let get in to the sewer vent on the roof. The second occasion was the standard procedure of getting out the tree roots.
Description of Work: On two occasions they cleared my sewer lines.
