We gave Fence Bros a down payment of 1/2 the money, $2300 and never saw them again. They have gone under different names in the past but the owner's name is Dave Urbaniak. I pressed charges against him, after finally tracking him down and did receive my money back, but only to keep himself out of jail. Steer clear of this contractor, whatever name is company is going under.
Description of Work: They were hired to build a large wooden fence on my property.

I have filed a small claims action against Fence Bros, which I won and he has still not paid me. Addtionally I have filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I have also pursued criminal charges. I have been told there were many small claims filed against Fence Bros. this summer alone and there is at least one other person filing criminal charges. I have spoken with many other well know fence companies and they have said that David Urbaniak has underbid them all on many jobs, only to take peoples money and never do any work. This is fraud and please be aware that he operates under many additional business names.
Description of Work: Mr Urbaniak took $2335 as a deposit and we never saw him again. No work what-so-ever was ever started.
