+ -1 moreWith the help of a drywall hanger, he took time and spent a good part of a whole day. He should have taken time to see the job, before giving and estimate, because he found it much more involved, than he thought. I paid him more than his estimate, just to be fair, even though this was his own fault. His work was thorough and done well. However, he takes only cash and leaves no receipt, which made me wonder what his tax return, would look like. Because of this, I would be willing to hire him again, only for small jobs, not for anything major.
Description of Work: Following description of the work on the phone, he gave an estimate without coming over. The work involved hanging new drywall pieces, at a ceiling corner, where plaster wall used to be, repairing damaged drywall in another room, and finishing to a presentable shape. Upon seeing the actual job, he needed to call up a drywall hanger, and he himself did only the finishing, which appears to be his specialty.
