It went excellently. They came out, provided an estimate, and a general time to do the work. The work included a complete restructuring of the equipment in the basement, and an upgrade on the piping. The end result provided more space in the washroom of my basement. The work was done on time, they left the work area spotless, and even did most of the paperwork needed to claim a $400 rebate from National Fuel for the furnace upgrade. Everything has been working fine since the installation was completed last July.

When I called, I reached a person right away. I explained what I needed, and an appointment was set up right away. They also offered to check out the heating system, and the total cost was less as it required only one visit to the home, not two, The gentleman who came out to perform the service was very helpful, and explained everything he was doing and why.

I explained that on Saturday my boiler died, it was -12 degrees and I had called dozens of places for service, they not being one but admitted that I regretted it. Explained that I needed the carbon cleaned on my furnace as the ignitor cycled countless times causing the carbon build up...but that THAT was fixed. I would be interested in a quote on a new install, would commit to even paying a deposit while scheduling the install but would like my current boiler up and running and wanted to pay for a cleaning. The secretary said she'd talk to the owner since he does install quotes (above regular service). She called back promptly but to tell me the owner said he isn't interested in installing a tankless combo unit (I would've have been open to hearing why and installing just a replacement, regular, boiler...but if he couldn't at least talk to me?!) and that the cleaning service is very dirty and he just isn't interested. Also didn't want to touch someone else's work...I argued they just replaced the part that was defective and nothing else. OK. Thanks. I'll stay without heat and risk my pipes bursting instead of discussing other sales options. Now I'm onto calling the next HVAC place and I'll make sure I'll tell them I'm open to anything (if they don't recommend the combo units). I JUST NEED HELP! It was -12 yesterday and I've been without heat for 2 days, explained I have a pregnant wife, 1 year old and 4 pets. Thanks though.

I called Connell-Pane and within 30 minutes they had a person at my house. He was friendly and efficient, and readily determined that the issue was a dirty sensor, and after cleaning it, my furnace immediately kicked on and has been working perfectly again.

I first had Joe Pane install heating and A/C for an addition I put on my house in 1998. I was happy with the workmanship and service. I have since had Joe out a couple of times over the years to perform maintenance/ repairs on my furnace. I have always been happy with their service.

They came out approximately a week ago and it cost just a couple of hundred dollars. The price was reasonable because I purchased the items from Lowes and does not install or recommend to anyone to install them. And when I tried to get someone to install them, the company install these things, did not want to install another company here next. So, I discover to find someone who would and finally I found this company through a friend of mine who recommended them. They were fine and put on things on their feet when they came in and they only made a mess and when they’re through is great, good job. You know we were sitting here in a plenty room and above, the guy installed, and pretty much it.

The estimate was professionally presented, information on the product and information on the warranties was included. The men installing the system were always on time and completely respected my home. They cleaned up after themselves daily.

Furnance was having short cycles of heat then shutting off. Called for service and a tecnician called back in 5 minutes. After Q&A regarding symtoms we decided a service call was necessary. Twenty minutes later Kyle was at my front door. Technician was very polite and professional. With in a minute he discover the condensate trap was partially plugged causing water to back up and activating the pressure switch which shut off the unit as designed. He quickly resolved the issue by placing a vacumm to the line. He then tested the unit for operation for several cycles. While I was not crazy about paying the "weekend" service call labor rate, the professionalism and time inwhich it took to fix somthing I would have never known to look for, made the cost bearable. Highly recommend.

I was concerned that the furnace (hot / forced air) was cycling too often so I wanted the furnace evaluated and the accuracy of the thermostat checked. The tech arrived on time and performed the work in a timely manor. Found the furnace to be sound but the thermostat was off. The house is now maintaining the heat properly. He did indicate that the furnace / ac were on the older side and a new furnace / ac would be more energy efficient, etc. but did not push for a sale. He suggested that I contact them when I'm ready.

Connellpane Heating & Cooling helped us in a pinch one time in the dead of winter by coming right out to fix our furnace. This is the kind of business they are. They are super responsive and very quick to get the work done. They are honest and very professional.

We have used them for at least 20 years. They are a very dependable family run business. The work is done very well and they really know their stuff. They are knowledgeable and friendly as well as prompt. I would recommend them to other people because of the great service they provide.

Connellpane did everything perfect. They came on time, which is surprising in this day and age. He was a nice and polite man.

I had made an appointment earlier this year for Connellpane to come out at the end of the month. My furnace died on me a couple of days later and I called them and they were out that same day to fix my furnace. I have been using them for thirty years.
