Everything went well. Mike even offered to come back for a follow up if I was going to purchase the home. You can't go wrong with Building Inspectors of WNY.
Description of Work: Mike did a great job of inspecting a home that I was thinking about purchasing. After his inspection, i was convinced not to purchase it. There was more issues than anticipated. I would highly recommend Mike and Building Inspectors of WNY.

The inspection went well. Mike was there and on the job before we even arrived. I thought he was thorough, professional, and personable. Within days, I received an emailed report and, again, within days I received a printed report via snail mail. Although I don't anticipate buying another home, I would use Mike again and recommend him highly.

We have now used the services of Building Inspectors of WNY three times in the past 5 years. The second time we were saved from considering a money pit of a house with potential environmental hazards on site. Mr. Poli is very thorough and meticulous. The addition of his partner who does radon testing is convenient and allows for "one stop shopping" when it comes to getting a complete inspection.
