Mike was onsite within hours, performed inspection services, completed a detailed write up, and faxed to me, all within hours. He also said to feel free to call him back should I need anything further (in services or write up). The weather (rain) has been horific in the area with a deluge of people needing basement water services. I called 8 people and was told the soonest apointment was 7days out. I was out of state, and selling property and he was on the phone with me several times explaining in detail his findings. If it was not for Mike's professionalism, quick response and ability to analyse the situation completely. He provided not only verbal finding, but had them in writting and faxed to me immediately. I would have lost the sale of my home that day, had it not been for Mike (that is a lot hinging on a service). I can not say enough positive about Mike's professionalism, immediate response, hoenst fair business practice's. I, with out hesitation, recommend Basement Services of WNY (and owner Mike).

Mike was very professional. He was approachable and down to earth. He came out twice for an estimate when we decided to extend the job to cover the entire basement. His prices were competitive compared to other estimates we had. He kept in touch with me via phone when there were any issues during installation.
