basement waterproofing
+ -1 moreEverything went well; however they were supposed to come back next day to seal up a missing block on outside of house. Never came back. We weren't charged for it so no real complaint - juSt disappointed. Would have cost another &75 or so. We'll just do it ourselves in the spring.
Description of Work: Installed drain pipe inside basement floor - Only on one wall approx 50 ft; remove stucco from wall & skimmed with hydraulic concrete; installed sump pump.

+ -1 morewould NEVER call this company for anything.
Description of Work: the 2009 date was the last visit made to our house. we had them there 2 times before that also. and all 3 times were for the orignal work performed. and here it is, 2012 and our basement is flooding again, and now they don't answer the phone. i even called the head office in akron, ohio, and it's the same voice on the answering machine there. as for the work they did do for us: i found them standing on 60 year old solid maple chairs, then they dripped the blue flux or whatever they use on the table top of that SOLID maple ding room set, and they also dripped it on the top of my washer. but they had no answer for me as to the damage they caused. as for their lifetime warranty, it's NOT worth the paper it's printed on. so if you THEE WORST waterproofing company, then by all means, call them. but if you want pros, find someone else.

+ -1 moreThey kept at the job until it was completed to our satisfaction. They were real easy to work with. They showed up on time and were reliable. Their prices seemed reasonable.
Description of Work: They repaired a crack in our basement and cut out the cement and resealed it.

Description of Work: Dug up along basement wall and installed drain system to a new sump pump. Covered old sewer system and concrete finish.

They were very professional, and they cleaned up every day behind themselves. I was pleased with their work. They were referred to me by a family member.
Description of Work: We had some water damage. They dug out the floor a foot away from the wall and removed that. They replaced with new drain tile.

+ -1 moreB-Dry is excellent. They have a warranty and it's on the life of the house not the owner Their prices were very reasonable, as I had got two or three other estimates. I trusted the man that came out and his work has been great.
Description of Work: B-Dry System repaired six leaks in our basement. Everything is now great.
