I had been using them for several years without a problem every two years as they recommend. In 2014 they sent me a reminder (as they did every two years) and I, of course, had them do the work. They made an awful mess this time; splashing sealer all over my garage door and even getting sealer on my paver walkway. I still have been unable to remove it after all of this time. This year they sent me another reminder but I will be using someone else.

GREAT JOB AND VERY NICE MENS.

This is the second time I have used Tarvia Seal in the last three years. They were recommended by the company that installed my driveway, and I'm really thankful they did. After researching various brands of driveway sealers at Home Depot and calculating the cost of materials, it turned out that Tarvia's quote was just a little more expensive than if I had done it myself. Both times that they sealed the driveway they were fast, thorough, neat and tidy. The driveway runs right up to the foundation of the house and the crew very carefully applied the sealer so that it had a very clean line, without splashing or brushing it against the foundation. The sealer they used held up very well over several years. I highly recommend Tarvia Seal.

They were prompt, and responsive on the original call and estimate. They arrived when they said they would and did a very good job cleaning the driveway. We had moss in the shady areas and I was not sure that they would be able to clean it off, but the job was exceptional. Would definately use them again!

Smoothly and quickly. Not a drop of sealer on any surfaces that were not to be sealed. No issues. Owner was responsive and worked with all of us. Office staff extremely great to work with as well.

Well. The men did the job quickly and competently and professionally.

I called up Tarvia Seal to request an estimate. I talked to a live person that took down all my information. A person came later that same day to give me an estimate! My driveway is approximately 40 feet long and 19 feet wide. The estimate was for $100 plus tax. I called and requested that they do the work. The work, is of course, weather related. I was told, if the weather was good, they would have a crew out in about a week and would call first. About 5 days later they called and asked if it was okay to seal the driveway on that day. They came right out, a crew of three men cleaned the driveway and the sides of the drive and applied the sealing compound. They were very neat, they even had a small piece of carpet at the end of the driveway to wipe off their boots once they finished applying the seal so as not to get footprints on the road!! They left me with a black cloth Tarvia Seal grocery bag with a some hints about the sealing. They guarantee their work. They sent me a bill in the US mail for their work. It was a very professional operation from start to finish and I highly recommend them!

Kudos to the office and sealing work. in general both the Tarvia Seal office staff and the estimator were professional. The estimator clearly explained about the work to be done. Before the job started, I wanted to discuss a few concerns about the properties. The work was scheduled for Friday 7/12/13. The foreman was to call me on Thursday but late Thursday when I called, she said he preferred to meet Friday morning between 7:30 and 8:00. At 8:00 no foreman so I called the company to explain that I needed to leave for work at 8:15. He finally showed up around 8:50 so we never talked. The sealing work was done well: cracks filled, neat edges at the building foundations. The pre-trim of the grass was excessive in some areas (see pictures). Tuesday 7/16 I called the company to express my concern and was told that one of the owners would call me. On Thursday when Bob Martino called, his general response was that the grass will grow back. His tone was more in defense of his crew than customer oriented. He didn't volunteer to admit that someone on his crew needs training about the trimming process. On a positive note, the office staff (Debbie and Cathy) are both professional, upbeat and pleasant to deal with. Would I hire them again? Possibly but 1) I would consider doing my own pre-trimming and 2) I would make sure that I would be there during the work

Went well. Honored estimate they had given almost a year previous. Woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. They called and let me know day they were coming, and did come that day. The job appeared well done, especially considering the state of the driveway (some potholes and crumbling around edges) It did cost more as driveway had not been sealed in a long time. Will call them when driveway needs to be sealed again.

They did a nice job sealing the driveway. Looked great. May be a little pricey though.

The conversation with them over the phone was wonderful. I did not had any problems dealing with them and their pricing was very reasonable. They were just great and I will absolutely use their services again in the future.

Representative came the day after my call; prompt service. Estimate dropped in mailbox. Very responsive in scheduling the service to meet our needs. Came home from vacation to find a newly sealed driveway! My only caveat is that patching of cracks prior to sealing could have been more thorough. Overall, very pleased with the service and work performed. (P.S. Called Tarvia Seal back to seal our driveway again, 3 yrs. out. As before, prompt, courteous, well done!)
