Very patient with us as first-time buyers, helping us to understand the process, really listening to our wants and needs in a home and helping us to clarify some of those ideas as well. His estimate on the house we finally purchased was dead-on with the bank's appraisal and we feel that we made a good deal on our first home. He helped us to push our lender to speed up the process when they lagged a bit, and generally kept on top of things. Very responsive, always easy to contact, punctual at showings, has a good feel for the Syracuse market. We'll definitely have him as our realtor again if/when we move!
