water heater repair
 + -1 moreThat was the first time I used them. I purchased the unit and they did the whole job. There were no issues and they took the old unit. I think their pricing was probably comparable. The quality of the service was very good.
Description of Work: I used Buccheri Plumbing. They put in a hot water tank.

Description of Work: My pipes had frozen ice in them. They came the same day I called and fixed the problem plus an additional small leak we discvered. The price was reasonable and the servcie very quick.

Description of Work: Had hidden leak in bathroom which manifested itself by staining our living room ceiling. No other visible sign of leak. Callen afternoon of 2/4. Joe responded and arranged to be at my house betewwen 8 and 8:15 the next morning. He arrived at 8:15. Spent about 1.5 hours pressure testing bathroom pipes - no leak. Decided to pull toilet to check seal rather then mess with ceiling. Found bad seal. Repleced same. THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM! Checked seal in other bathroom since it was about the same age as bad seal. No leak but suggested that we replace it in not too far distant future. Joe was polite, absolutely clean (bboties, clean up etc) explained exactly what he was doing and why and then billed us $188 for 1.5+ hours work and new seal. Good job!!

 + -1 moreTerrific service, was there when he said he would be, explained the project so I understaood what needed to be done. Gave good advice on the bathroom project, even provided an electrcian and a carpenter for me to contact. I will never use another plumber. I've been in my house over 20 years and used about six different plumbers.
Description of Work: Moved shower drain, installed shower unit and shower fixtures.

 + -1 moreThey were very good. It was a very fine company. I don't recall the price as my wife took care of it. They were very responsive and very knowledgeable. Their price was a little high. They were out here on the same day or the next day. I don't know about their punctuality but they would be here when they say that they would be here within half an hour. They were very professional. It was a very good company. I would absolutely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Buccheri Plumbing a couple of days ago for general plumbing work as something had clogged.

Description of Work: Greg Buccheri leaves the site cleaner than when he arrives. He is meticulous with his work, and his appearance (for us a good indicator how professional a vendor is). He will offer alternatives which might be more cost effective. He is personable as well an excellent plumber. I couldn't recommend more highly.

 + -1 moreWe were installing new granite countertop and needed to disconect and remove the old sink, install the new countertop and plumbing, remove the old garbage disposal unit which we no longer desired. Buccheri worke closely with the contractor, came promptly and did the work in a completely neat and professional manner. We have used them before for a variety of plumbing services and have found them to be excellent.
Description of Work: Installed new kitchen sink and faucet (supplied by us). Had previously removed old installation.

 + -1 moreShowed what the problem was and Buccheri worked until any problems solved. Clean and reliable. Job site cleaner after working than before arriving. Disposes any and all debris. Greg is a man of very few words, but an excellent workman.
Description of Work: Installed new fixtures, checked and replaced worn pipes. Installed new leaking valves. recommended options ... Ordered and installed parts, asked no payment until job completed.

Description of Work: Installed bathroom vanities, took care of some plumbing problems and serviced a water neutralizer we had. I have used him before in emergency situations and he comes immediately. There is no delay.

 + -1 moreJoe was exceedingly professional in both attitude and in the quality of his work. I was doing most of the work in remodeling our kitchen, but when I wrenched a supply line off when trying to remove the shutoff valve, I knew it was time to get a pro. We'd used Buccheri previously to remove the gas supply to a stove we got rid of and were very happy, so I called them again. They responded quickly, and got the repair made so I could turn the water on again. We arranged for Joe to return once I had installed my countertop, and he came when promised.
Description of Work: Installed new supply lines and shutoff valves to kitchen sink, and installed all plumbing for new sink and dishwasher.
