I have a contract and 2xs now they have cancelled yearly service for furnace and ac!! Appts that were made mnths in advance. I told them they have to come on designated day.very frustrating.

a tech came today to clean and service our air conditioning system. we have a contract. when I returned after work the air conditioning system was not working. I called after hours and was told someone would call. three hours and three phone calls later no one has called. it's now 10pm and no one is coming to fix it. stay far away from this company. I'm looking for a new company.

Back in mid June I found APA through Home advisor, and scheduled an appointment online for a diagnosis of one of my A/C zones that wasn't working. I kind of knew that the system was old and would probably need to be replaced. They came as promised, and quickly gave me options for replacement. The installation was within days, not weeks like other companies had told me. They were very professional, neat and respectful of my house! They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work before final payment was made. I would use them again to maintain my systems.
