The contractor showed up at the appointed hour on time, I was at work and my wife was at home. He diagnosed the leaking central a/c air handler to be the result of a clogged drain. No estimate was offered and I authorized the work against a $99 service charge. He removed the PVC waste drain and cleared it. He had about 1.5 hours on the job. To my shock I was presented with a $469 charge. I called the office to ask how such an outrageous total was calculated. I was expecting time and materials which in my opinion is reasonable. Management stated they DO NOT use T&M but "fixed rate". I strenuously registered my objection only to receive a "10% preferred customer discount". The total came to $422. Adding insult to injury, no bill or other record was left at our home or delivered by email. I would not use this contractor again and if you like your money, I would suggest you call a different HVAC contractor. Update: Coincidentally!?, the day I submitted this review for approval by Home Advisor for posting, I get a call from the company asking if my service was okay. I responded it was but ridiculously expensive. I asked again for a written bill/receipt which I was promised would be emailed. Company failed to deliver it. Exercise caution if you choose to do business with this company.

I contacted home advisor and got connected to Air Professionals. Bill Mortabano came to my house and I was so thrilled how knowledgeable he was comparing to the sales people from Burke Heat and Robison Oil. He is miles ahead of them. He worked with me and my budget and did much more than quoted. I am so happy I found them. They showed up as promised and were so profession. The crew members were amazing, friendly, clean and so easy to work with. If you want to have the experience of your lifetime hire them. Simply the best.

APA did such an amazing job replacing our existing/outdated system! Bill, Nick, Dylan, Brian and Ed came on time ready to work. It gave me piece of mind seeing how close they were with each other and every time I poked my head in to ask questions they were more than happy to explain it to me. My husband and I are super happy with the work they did and I would definetly recommend APA.

Called at 4:30 on a Thursday for my mother's home, temp at 85 and condensor fan was not moving. Serviceman showed up in 1.5 hours had it fixed in 15 minutes for $385.00.......another company I called couldn't get there for a week! Service and fixed in couple hours ...made my life easier!

outstanding work and customer service. Special mention goes to Bill, who was extremely courteous and professional when he came to give me a quote. I had quotes from another 3 companies, 2 of which were, on paper, a little cheaper, but the way Bill presented himself and the line by line explanation of what the job would entail, hands down, was vastly superior to the presentation from the other companies. When Bill and his colleagues came, they came on time, and finished later that day exactly within the time frame specified. They had changed an a/c system that was 18 years old, and the quality and effectiveness of the new system, was, for me, like the reinvention of the wheel! cooled my house down so rapidly, it was almost ridiculous, not to mention the superior energy efficiency rating, which will bring my electric bills way down. Overall, a great company who did everything they said they would do. Would and have already recommended them to anyone considering a change in A/C system.

I needed ductless air conditioners. They came promptly and helped me find a very good deal on 2 air conditioners. They were installed within 1 week . Very professional staff. I would highly recommend them.

The job was done well but I was very surprised when the company told me I would have to pay $80 for the estimate if I did not choose them for the job. This was not disclosed when they called me.

Excellent company. Was a little nervous with them at first. I had a few questions and needed to be reassured the model and size would be appropriate for my home. After a few calls back and forth, everything was resolved. Trane Air Conditioning Condenser and Coil units arrived quickly. Installation was scheduled and job was completed quickly. Everything from start to finish done within a few days. Nice. Plus, they were very respectful of my home, using tarps to cover flooring. Everything was cleaned up and carted away. I plan to use them for ongoing service. Highly recommend.

Company provided great work. Decided to get a maintenance contract with them for my air and heating system.Technican was outstanding & polite!
