Our professional staff have managed system installations ranging in size from small residences of 2,000 sq. ft. to complex residential applications like our our work in a 27,000 sq. ft. residence utilizing a four-pipe chilled and hot water system, radiant heat and snow melting panels along with a complete Desert Aire System for the indoor pool building. We have also worked in a large range of commercial spaces including installation of a WiFi network controlled heating and cooling system at a 50,000 sq ft. Self storage facility, a climate control system in a mission critical hospital computer room, and roof top system installation for a three story office building. They arranged for the two inspections required by the city of Stamford and were on site when the inspections were performed (no issues / problems).
Once the unit was operational they took the time to go over its operation and potential adjustments with us.
He wanted to lay the air handler (long ways) on the floor in the attic. I did not- as the attic is also my storage area- I wanted it upright (which would take up less floor space) He said, we can work that out, however his proposal did not address it. He also did not want to put a/c vents in the bathrooms. But although I specifically asked for this he did not include this in his proposal. Lastly, he did not measure my house- which every other contractor did (and is the proper way to size the system). Did not use because I did not care for the layout of the system he proposed (he did not listen to my needs) and he was priced a little higher.
