It was fantastic. They were on time everyday, started the installation as what they've said and finish it. The guys were here were knowledgeable.

It was excellent, on time, they were clean, and they know what they are talking about.

I called APA, after the company I used before ignored my calls and messages when they couldn't figure out what the problem was. Matt came even earlier than the scheduled appointment , which was great since I had to go to work that day and leave my wife to deal with it, I was able to explain everything myself that had gone on with the furnace and the failed attempts to fix it by the other company. After I left, Matt and some help managed to fix the problem in no time, and even proposed a maintenance program for the coming years. I'm very please with the professionalism, efficiency and punctuality of APA, I definitely recommend their services. +++

APA used the most sensible approach to my solution, taking the time to sit down and evaluate the prior short comings of the failed system to address this as best as possible under a new setup. I am impressed with their thoroughness,logical practical approach to solving my problem without trying to stuff me with product or items I didn't need or that wouldn't serve me well in the end.

It went as anticipated / planned. The crew showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. We went over the placement of the outside unit + the inside unit and each vent in every room to ensure we were in complete agreement. They handled the permits required and they obtained the electrician needed. They provided a complete overview / detailed instructions on how to operate the unit. They even came back in May 2014 to and quot;start upand quot; the unit and again go over it's operation for no additional cost.

I believe it went extremely well. The team showed up as planned and we went over exactly what they would be doing inside and outside over the next several days. The team was very professional and showed respect for our house / yard (they ensured they did not leave any marks / derbis) despite the amount of trips they made into the attic with all the tools, equipment, etc. that were needed to complete the job. They arranged for the two inspections required by the city of Stamford and were on site when the inspections were performed (no issues / problems). Once the unit was operational they took the time to go over its operation and potential adjustments with us.

Justin Pfeifer was the person I dealt with from APA and he was a consummate professional. He was honest and attentive to what we needed. We went with all high end Trane units and, while the cost was significant, we could not be happier with the units and APA. They were very competitive on price and their workers were considerate of my house, even taking the time to put on booties each time and they entered my home. I highly recommend Justin and APA.

They were excellent! They did a very professional installation of a complete HVAC system. They also offered a 0% financing plan for 36 months. They are very competitive and professional. They are an excellent company and I highly recommend them.

Had individual come out and give a estimate. He gave us an estimate and I had several Questions in regards to the estimate. The appraiser Justin said he would come out again to look at the job again. He came out and promised he would send a detail proposal within 48 hours. He parked on the grass in my house and caused damage to my lawn ang got stuck in the grass. He did not offer to have the lawn fixed. I towed him out myself with my own cables. He also did not send out a proposal and did not return any of my phone calls. This company lacks professionalism and would recommend people to stay away from them to avoid disappointment. His Original estimate also came in much higher than other individuals.

Anyone with a cape style house such as I described above will know the difficulties in putting in a central air conditioning system. The owner, Merv, showed up on time and was very cordial. Although he does like to drop the names of his famous clients. He did provide a detailed proposal within a few days. He wanted to lay the air handler (long ways) on the floor in the attic. I did not- as the attic is also my storage area- I wanted it upright (which would take up less floor space) He said, we can work that out, however his proposal did not address it. He also did not want to put a/c vents in the bathrooms. But although I specifically asked for this he did not include this in his proposal. Lastly, he did not measure my house- which every other contractor did (and is the proper way to size the system). Did not use because I did not care for the layout of the system he proposed (he did not listen to my needs) and he was priced a little higher.
