Description of Work: Called two different times: 1st contact they never even responded, second contact they said they could change out a fuse box to circuit breaker box... Then after several follow up calls finally said they "couldn't do this until Spring"... |Will never call them again

+ -1 moreCalled for service and got answering machine. Left message and Gore Electric promptly called me back. Explained the problem and they were here the next day. I received a call from them in the morning advising me of the time they would arrive. They were right on time! After a thorough examination and test I was advised of the problem. Parts were ordered. Promptly returned when the parts came in. Briggs and Stratton agreed to pay for the parts and I would pay for the labor as the generator only had 41 hours on it. Very easy to work with. Total professionals. I couldn't have asked for a better company.
Description of Work: Replace stator and voltage regulator on my Briggs & Stratton home generator.
