The deck has a lifetime warranty on construction and the footers were improperly installed and the west side of the deck has slowly been sinking making the deck very unlevel. My first attempts to get a hold of Al went unanswered for months. It wasn’t till the Better Business Bureau got a hold of him that he returned my text. He said he would be out to fix it but that was almost 7 months ago and now nothing but crickets. Please do not do business with this company because when you do have an issue they will not respond to it."

Dan, from Westside Home Improvement, was able to shore up the (sagging) floor, repair the electrical connections, and get everything working again for about $1200, compared to the $8,000 to $10,000 it would have cost for a replacement. also did a great job cleaning out the basement underneath it, which had mice, ants, and bees infesting the crawl space.
