Description of Work: First I was told that the call would be $65.00 and would be refunded if they did the work. The repairman removed the faucet from the bathroom sink. He did not have a replacement with him,. I went and pruchased the facuet seperately and installed myself. I asked him to check under the crawl space for any leaks to the septic system, and there were no leaks but mentioned that the system was not vented. He was there approximately less then 1 hour.Then he wrote up the bill. I thought that this was a very high price for the service performed.

+ -1 moreI was very happy with their work ethic and would call them again and again for any plumbing problems I have.
Description of Work: This time I only had to have my pump worked on. What really impressed me with this company is when they came out last year..end of January after that bitter cold spell we had. I was all frozen up...pipes, drains and even the septic tank. They worked so hard to get me back in shape. They had to run snakes in pipes that were not put in correctly in the first place and had some really bad twists and turns. I unfortunately called late in the day and on service man showed up and got some of it loosened up. He worked so hard that night. The next day 3 guys worked on getting me thawed out. One of them said I needed hay to be put down over the drains and the pipes and septic tanks and went and got it for me and laid it out. When they were checking things out they noticed I had the wrong expansion tank. No one I have never had good water pressure. Had that tank since '76. Made arrangements to have a new one put in. Every time we shower or even turn the faucet on I thank them in my head for pointing that out to me.

+ 0 moreI called over the weekend and I couldn't find anybody else. They had everything on their truck and everything was in stock. They just fixed me up and it was real fast. The price was excellent and I had no issues.
Description of Work: I have used Upstate Heating & Plumbing for both heating and plumbing. I had no heat and I had a plumbing leak, and they fixed both of those for me.

+ 0 moreWas supposed to be a complete removal and replacement of all plumbing pipes (old CPVC) with New PEX piping, they were also supposed to put in 2 new shutoff valves, one for the hot water tank (they did this) one for the cold water tank (failed to do this). I was quoted a range of $400-$500, and a time estimate of 4-6 hours. What they did was replace the cold pipe under the house but not up to the fixtures as they were supposed to, and 8 foot of the hot water pipe (left the rest of the CPVC which was not supposed to happen). I was charged originally $625.xx however after complaining that they had stated on the phone that it was a $75 fee to quote the job but that was taken off the bill if they did the work and they credit it at first they credited the fee plus tax back to get the 544.04 total. In short I would NEVER suggest them to anyone, and I did in fact report them to the BBB and will file a complaint with the Attorney General as well.
