Very though , made sure everything was sprayed and most importantly let me know and found my dog down the street. Will use again

They were great professional and catered to my needs in time restrictions and details to my garden.

I spoke to the regional manager before signing the contract and I informed him that I received a referral and he was supposed to send a referral finders fee which he never did. I signed the contract in April and expressed that during each service the gates needed to be closed because I have a dog. I also expressed that I needed to receive calls the day before arriving which on two occasions they forgot do. After receiving a text on 08/30/2017 I called them to ask where I was on the route sheet and I was informed I was 3rd on the list. At 11:30 am I called because I had not been serviced and the receptionist said she would need to call the technician and would call back. An hour and a half later after not receiving a call back I reached back out the company. The receptionist was rude, did not apologize for not returning my call and she explained that a technician had already been there to walk to property with me and performed the services. To which I said that is a bold face lie and requested to speak to the manager because that was untrue. The manager was not apologetic but said he would get back to me. He did not return my call so again I called back. The manager told me that he sent the technician to the house. I then received a call from my wife telling me that I needed to come him immediately because the technician showed up, opened the hood of his truck because it was smoking, banged on my front door and then asked my wife for coolant. She informed him to go to the gas station. After coming home I asked him where he had been all day and he said he went to the wrong house. I called the manager because of the poor services and fired the company. I also told him that I would be informing Angie's List of this. These technicians are his infrastructure and he still did not apologize. He has falsely claimed that he did apologize but obviously he didn't. UPDATE: Last night at 7:30pm I received an unsolicited phone call on my cell phone from a second manager, his name was Jay, the message was short and he wanted to find out what happened that day, he sounded very concerned and had a friendly tone. I called him back and basically reiterated that he was fired and reported to Angie's List... before I could say another word, he became very irate and derogatory and so I hung up. Then at 7:45pm someone arrived at my door, this man was very large and I wasn't sure who it was, so I opened the kitchen window and asked him who he was, and he said he was Jay. I advised him he needed to get off my porch and leave my property and advised that he trespassing and I told him I would call the police if he didn't leave. He remained on my porch yelling, talking over me and tried to intimidate me. I grabbed my phone and started calling the police as he watched me and he remained standing there watching me. I told him I had the police on the phone and he still stood there watching me. I feel this guy is a bully...what kind of vendor shows up at a customer's home after dark without prior notification and who was stalking the customer, and after being told that the police was being called, still remained there??? I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Love this company will use again.
