Description of Work: The renovations on my home began in the fall of 2011. The first floor work was excellent. However, the second half of the work, a partial dormer on the second floor with a bathroom, was problematic. We are still trying to get a C.O. from the town. We had to track down both the surveyor and the plumber. We also had to pay a plumber $200 to apply sealant to the new bathroom which our contractor failed to do. The contractor installed a new French door downstairs. However, the promised crown molding was not installed above the door. Also, the trim around door was never painted.
