Tom and Corey did a great job on my very large marble tile bathroom and shower. They were prompt in getting to us for the estimate and the job. I would highly recommended.

Tom and his colleague Corey were exactly on time. They came prepared with drop cloths for my wood floors to protect the way to the bathroom. The job came out virtually perfect. Seemed a little costly for 5 hrs of work but I think that is the going rate. Thanks guys for your work.

He was professional and was here from 7am to to 530 to complete the job. As the job was in progress he would keep me informed on the job. When he was ready to put the grout down, he made sure I approved of the color. I would highly recommend him for any job. My floor and my bathroom shower looks brand new. Definitely would recommend him and the cost of the job was well worth the money.

Tom was wonderful. He had a full schedule and still came in on short notice to perform an estimate. To perform the work, he even and "MADE TIME" for me on a Sunday because water was leaking past the tiles. Adding the finishing touch to "Customer Service" was him volunteering to come in at 7:00 am to perform the work after finding out that we had to take a family member to the airport in the early afternoon. He truly went above and beyond. He was VERY professional and even caulked the Jacuzzi for me at no additional cost. The work he performed was excellent. He is very fair and I believe that anyone hiring him would have a similar experience. I plan to use him on future jobs.

The estimate they gave was right on the money and no corners were cut. They were personable and thorough, leaving us detailed instructions on how to care for and maintain our tile work when they were finished. Tom is extremely professional and personable. He came to my house twice to answer some of my questions and demonstrate what he meant. He has a positive and an "I can do this" attitude when presented with challenges...and he can do anything he says he will do and it does it extremely well! His assistant, Corey is right there with his own wealth of knowledge. These guys really really know what they are doing. They were punctual and worked steadily and did not leave my house a mess! I would not hesitate to call Mr. Nixon if a problem with the flooring or any related area were to develop. I am confident in his abilities as a craftsman and an "advisor" in this area. TOM NIXON AND HIS PARTNER CORY DID A METIICULOUS JOB. THE FLOOR TITLES LOOK BRAND NEW. WHEN FAMILY AND FRIENDS COME TO THE HOUSE THEY CAN'T BELIEVE HOW GREAT THE FLOORS LOOK. THESE TITLES WERE INSTALLED OVER 20 YEARS AGO AND WERE SUJECT TO HEAVY TRAFFIC.WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS

Tom came at 8 a.m. His assistant was unable to make it due to a family emergency. Tom started with replacing 7 heavily chipped tiles in the kitchen. He has a can do attitude. Nothing seems to phase him. The replacement tiles were stuck together with a sticky substance. He did not want to pull them apart for fear of damaging them. He took an empty clothing bin in my basement and filled it with very hot water and a solution he had and let them soak. Tom cleaned the tiles and grout in the kitchen, dining room and hallway. He then color sealed the grout and polished the tiles and grout. As far as the 7 replacement tiles, he was able to separate them and installed them in the kitchen floor. The tiles look brand new. That is great for 32 year old tiles. Tom has an excellent work ethic. He is immaculate. He has his shoes off in the house. With the kitchen, he removed all items that would be effected by the dust. He was very careful where he placed these items. He treats your home as his home. When Tom left, I had brand new floors in the kitchen, dining room and hallway and the house was the same as when he came in. Everything was back in place. Tom Nixon is a true professional. If you are tired of your old tiles, definitely give Tom a call. Do Not Hesitate.

Superb! We had used Mr. Nixon two years ago, and based on that excellent job, when we needed to do more of the same restoration work, we brought him back! Cleaned all the ceramic floor tile in the kitchen and two bathrooms, refinished the grout, and added a protecterant to the grout. He filled in some of the visible cracks, diminshing their obvious appearance. The floor really looks like new! Our plan is to bring him back every two years! The fact that he has already been back, pretty much says it all! An expert technician, timely, knowledgable, caring and careful. Pretty much sets the standard for us!

Tom & Corey were punctual, polite, very diligent in their work. They were neat and made sure nothing was damaged in the process of replacing the tiles and regrouting them. I highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.

Highly recommend Artisan Grout and Corey. They arrived on time (actually 5 minutes early) grout in hand and ready to work. They were very clean, took off their shoes when they entered the house and put runners on the carpet leading into the bathroom just to make sure they didn't make a mess. The work was outstanding (better than when the tiles were originally done) and they even siliconed the area around my sink at no extra charge.

I cannot recommend Tom highly enough. He is personable, professional and a true artisan. After contacting him, he promptly came and gave a quote in person and took the time to talk about the scope of work and the best way to achieve my goals. He then squeezed me into his schedule on a Saturday to expedite the job for me. The result of this work was a beautiful shower that feels like new, and the cessation of a long-term problematic leak. Tom is a real craftsman who has obviously honed his trade to perfection. You will have zero regrets in hiring him.

After Tom cleaned the grout in my kitchen and bathroom, my floors look brand new again. It's amazing! I couldn't be happier with the work completed. He spent time answering my questions and reviewed different options to make sure I was completely satisfied. Tom is a great example of great customer service. He showed up to estimate the job in a timely manner. On the day of the job, he brought painter cloth so he didn't track dirt into the house. He did an excellent job cleaning the shower. Most importantly, his attitude is tremendous, and he's extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

Tom presented himself during the estimate as a very knowledgeable and capable "artisan" and the work he did was consistent with my first impressions. Tom took great concern for keeping his work area contained and protecting my home with drop cloths, cleaning up after himself all along the way. He was very particular in his application of caulking/sealing product which made the showers look brand new when he was done! Turns out Tom uses a sealant product sold by life long friends of mine which I did not find out until the job was complete and we were chatting about maintenance of the sealant. A+

I use Angie's list before hiring for any project, and Tom might be the best find ever. He was professional, on time, and his communication was excellent. Even when he ran into a problem while doing the work, he stopped showed me and explained the options. Even though he had to do additional work (unforeseen problem arose), he kept to his original quote. His prices were very reasonable. He made sure to use tarps everywhere possible and he cleaned up!! Highly recommended if you need grout work done.

Tom is one of the hardest working people I have ever met. He got to work right on time and worked continually through the day. The shower has had no problems since this work was done. Plus, he left the bathroom cleaner than when he started! If I ever need tile work in the future, he will be the first person I call.
