Description of Work: The experience working with Tom Nixon of Artisan Grout Options was very positive from the estimate through the completion of the project. The grout work that we needed included reattaching a loose tile. Tom Nixon explained the possible risks and the approach that he would take if he found any additional problems while completing the job. He worked carefully and neatly and was able to finish the work without any mid-project difficulties. His estimates were accurate in both time and money. I would recommend Artisan Grout Options without reservation.

Description of Work: In kitchen removed old broken grout, scrub and clean floor & old grout, cleaned and sealed with new grout & sealer (by hand) took over 4+ hours.. buff floors with machine... His work is fabulous! Tom is the most professional. He is sincere, hardworking and honest. A gentleman all around! I will have him back to do otherwork in my home and will recommend him to others always! I had others bid on this job and no other professional came close to his high level of standards! He is truly the best!
