Cory did a penominal job. He was fantastic and price is great too.After the service tt was like a brand new tub and he did everything i ask him to do.

Very well. I was delighted with the results. Tom arrived on time, was here for 1 hour. Cleaned out the old silicone seal + mildew. Better than new!

Artisan Grout did a great job - my bathroom shower/tiles looks like new. Corey is amazing. He is super nice, hard working person works and does an outstanding job. Tom is fantastic - very professional. Called ahead, arrived on time, did a great jib- looks better than when it was new. He took extra time to make it perfect and I paid him a little extra because he was so worth it. If you need any grout service don't even think about calling anyone else. Very, very happy with his expertise. As the name of his firm says - 'ARTISAN'.

Tom showed up promptly as scheduled ready to go! In the process of working on the main bathroom shower walls it was discovered that additional work needed to be done. Tom discussed my options and was willing to carefully attempt to remove existing tiles that I was unable to have replaced as they no longer manufactured the Italian tiles we purchased 20+ years ago. This also added an additional day to the job and Tom was very understanding and hoped his other clients would be as well with the thought that if it were happening to them he would handle the same way! Tom helped us to address an ongoing issue we had with the wall he repaired and it came out looking brand new!! To move things along, Tom also brought in another "handy man" by the name of Corey. He completed all of the work in the dining room and the upstairs bathroom. Corey's work was commensurate with the level of craftsmanship I've come to expect from a job completed by Tom himself! VERY PLEASED with ALL of the work done.

Tom outperformed my expectations in a few grout projects I had. He is absolutely meticulous. Takes his time and does the job right without shortcuts. Very professional man who takes great pride in his work. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone.

Tom is amazing. He is super nice, works hard and does an outstanding job. He really is an amazing craftsman. He texts you when he's on his way, will put shoe coverings on if needed, lays out his trade tools in a meticulous manner, works hard, cleans up, and makes sure I was satisfied before he left. Hard working niche contractors are hard to find, This guy is truly gifted in the world of grout!

Great job! Our floor was in bad shape for a long time. Now it looks brand new. The price was great, they gave us a lot of options during the estimate, and the owner got down on his knees to inspect the floor, they arrived on time, service was exactly what was promised and they were very nice.

I had been doing all my floor cleaning and grout sealing myself as I couldn't find anyone that did good work. I was given Tom's name by some folks in a complex who all use him and raved about him. He does excellent work and I plan on using him to deep clean my floors going forward. He is very thorough and pays attention to detail. It takes a little while to get an appointment but it is worth the wait. He is solid contractor and I highly recommend him.

I don’t like posing negative reviews. In fact this is my first. I called and sent messages to this vendor and waited a day to hear. As this job was on a spec house, time was of the essence. When I didn’t hear anything I contacted Grout Medic who I had used in the past and he called me back immediately and completed the job the following day. After a total of 5 days had passed Artisan called me, apologized for not getting back to me sooner stating that he was extremely busy at the time. I informed him that the job was completed days ago. My problem with Artisan hence the review, is not that he was busy at the time I needed his services, but that he didn’t respond in a reasonable time frame to tell me this. Had he responded, I would have understood. Being busy does not negate the necessity for a business person to respond. It only takes 2 minutes to tell the potential customer that he’d love to accommodate, but can’t until the following week. If this were done, I would have certainly understood, thanked him, and left a positive review.

They were extremely neat, professional, polite. I was amazed.

Great! We've been avoiding having this work done for a long time and I only wish we'd found Tom earlier. We originally talked about doing the shower/walls and the floor, but when he saw the floor he thought it didn't need work. We trusted his advice and as a result the cost was even lower than we initially agreed. He was excellent with communication and arrived on time. He was very patient with some last-minute unexpected issues in our building and finished the work within the time he estimated. Looks great -- he was very professional and pleasant to be around. We've already given his number to a family member who saw the work and thought it looked fantastic.

The rest of the story played out exactly the same as all other reviews....Tom and Corey are very talented, professional, detail oriented, hard working nice guys who take pride in what they do. Our bathtub tiles look like new and the floor that resembled a poorly maintained public restroom even after steam cleaning is pristine....I can't get over what a great job they did! Very highly recommend them.

Tom , the owner, was prompt, courteous, maticulous and fair in his pricing for the job we contracted to have him perform. He is licensed and insured. He is extremely knowledgeable in his craft. We would not hesitate in using him again . We definitely recommend his services.

Tom returned my call the next day and came that eve to give an estimate. He came 2 days later to do the job. He is polite and professional with very fair pricing. He made my tub area look brand new and cleaned up with no trace of any work having been done. I am so pleased and I highly recommend work done by Tom Nixon.

From the initial inquiry to job completion, we could not have been happier. The estimate was completed within 24 hours. It was thorough and there were no high pressure sales tactics. The day of the job, Tom and Corey arrived on time. They did an amazing job prepping, cleaning, grouting, sealing and caulking. Our kitchen, bath and foyer look as good as they did when they were new (12 years ago). My only complaint is that I wish I hadn't waited so long to do this! There was no reason for us to look at the our tile in the condition it was before they came. The price was great. The service was excellent. We should have called sooner! Tom and Corey provided information on what the best products were and methods to keep the tile clean. We will definitely call again in the future to have the areas serviced as needed and include it in our regular maintenance schedule. If your tile or grout is dirty or damaged, do not hesitate to give them a call.

They arrived right on time. Each worked in separate bathroom. Tom also reattached 2 tiles that had fallen off the wall. When they were done, the grout looked better than when we first moved in! They were polite and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing grout work!!

Cory got there exactly at 9:30 the agreed upon time. He worked non stop until 3:30. My kitchen floor is 20 years old and after Cory was done with it, it looked like a new floor. He inspected the floor numerous times to make sure that he didn't miss anything. In both bathrooms he did more than Tom and I had agreed on. He found things that were not done properly before and fixed those things without additional cost. The work he did in the bathrooms took about an hour and the work was meticulous. The only proof I needed to confirm that the jobs Cory performed was perfect was my wife who manages to find things wrong no matter how good a job is said everything was perfect. No doubt I would hire them again.

Tom was punctual, pleasant and courteous. When meeting with him for the quote it was very clear that he was detail oriented and cared about getting a good match for the unusual grout color. He and his assistant were careful with the work, called my wife over to okay the color match and did a great job with clean-up. We would highly recommend him.
