ACCURATE UTILITIES

Had set up them to come dos yearly mainland on my boiler and had to cancel twice due to bad weather. Never called to reschedule (I had preped them). Fine, it's on me so I eventually called them and as they were looking things over my pop-off valve was leaking and they needed to fix the expansion tank. Fine. But he had to cut a pipe and instead of soldering B it back together he just put a loose fitting attachment on. I asked him to put a sealed attachment on, but he said it wasn't high pressure so it would be fine. Now i have water all over my floor. Plus, he had to shut off valve to change the tank and when he left he forgot to open two valves - which I later opened. I didn't do that we would have had no hot running water and no heat on the first floor. Lastly, he didn't purge the system right so I didn't have heat in my basement so he had to come back the next day.

Called at 8am with a broken boiler. It was 20* outside. They showed up at 10am. Serviced the boiler and got my heat back. He went out of his way to explain what was wrong. Price was very fair, especially for an emergency call.
