Professional, courteous and prompt with communication and the actual installation. Price was very fair and they helped explain everything before during and after. Also put in an added vent in the basement to keep it warmer down there for free

Elijah and Miles arrived and started in right away to look at the problem and told me what needed to be done. Miles looked down in my basement to see where the problem started and advised me of the price, which was very fair, and said it should be done before next winter but there was no rush. I will call to have them repair the problem before winter. They were very honest and extremely thorough. I have a big family of siblings and they have spread the word about Stream. I'm happy I called that cold January morning when I had no heat. They were Godsend! Thank you again Elijah and Miles.

Stream HVACs work ethics is awesome. Started on time when promised, came prepared and finished the job on time. Stream HVAC also was very concerned about our comfort during installation process. I would recommend this business to anyone considering a big plumbing job.

I agree wholeheartedly with all the other 5* comments. Good quality equipment . Jeff, Conner and Elijjah did a great job installing and cleaning up. They explained everything to our satisfaction. They fit us into their schedule. I guess they took pity on two very cold seniors :) (and their dog).

They were very professional and friendly, explained what they were going to do and what they did. Cleaned up after and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again

Owner/Contractor Jeff Patterson to the rescue!!! First time turning on our AC this spring we had some cooling issues. After contacting Jeff at Stream HVAC I was able to secure an appointment promptly. Jeff and Connor arrived and the problem was assessed quickly and explained thoroughly. I felt extremely comfortable with their work and their professionalism. Before I knew it the AC was back up and running and all is well. Jeff exceeded my expectations and even offered to fix some areas/pvc piping that was set up less than ideal by the previous tech (from a different company) I was extremely appreciative of their honesty, hard work, and overall knowledge. I felt appreciated as a customer and thatâ s hard to find especially nowadays unless youâ re a premium/red carpet/elite/frequent flyer.
