Great service. Satisfied!

Gave us a date to do the job. Did not show up and did not respond to calls.

They did do the pressure, but never showed up to do the deck painting. They pressure washing was good, and punctual.

House looks great. My only complaint is that he just showed up without getting back to me with a date that he would be here. But it all worked out.

Total customer centric business. Who doesn't love to be pleasantly surprised when a job is well done and the vendor goes above and beyond expectations? In our case not in contract but work done anyway included: Removal of vines on the side of house, pressure cleaned stone walk and patio that were laden with weeds and discoloration, pressure washed outdoor area rugs and moved summer furniture and chiminea. Final finished product, sparkling clean buildings, walkway, patio and all items put back in place! We were so impressed we asked Chris to place his business sign on our lawn. The estimate and scheduling were prompt. They spent all day at my house, so the job wasn't rushed. The areas that were power washed looked fine, however, everything else was left a mess. Everything surrounding the area was dirty. My pool had dirt along the top and in it. Thankfully, the solar cover saved some of it from going directly into the pool. The time being spent cleaning up and trying to get the pool cleared up could have been spent power washing ourselves.

Everything went very well. He told us it would take 2 hours and he was done right on time. The house looks brand new and the gutters are looking great as well. The job was done very professionally and exactly as quoted in the estimate. We are very pleased with this company. We would highly recommend them.

Crew arrived as scheduled, carefully cleaning the entire exterior of the house. When they were finished, there were some brown streaks on the white siding. They contacted Chris, who assured me this was a rare problem and that he would make sure it was taken care of. The crew was sent back the next day with a different detergent. They cleaned all the siding again and the house looked great. I was impressed with how quickly the problem was resolved. I would hire this company again.

I would definitely recommend Pressure King. Chris was very professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Very accomodating when an unforeseen issue came up and had to change the date to do the work. I was very happy with the results.

Chris and his team were great! I left for work that morning, came home and everything looked really nice. He even took the time to explain that while he couldn't pressure wash the roof due to it's fairly steep pitch, he explained the cleaning solution he used and how it works so we would know what to expect as it did its job. Chris was also very flexible and accomodating as well. We called him needing the job done last minute so we could list our home for sale and he was there within 48 hours...thanks so much Chris and team!!!

These guys were on time and worked really hard the whole time, about 3 1/2 hours. ,They respected the property and picked up all the debris and their equipment after they were done so you wouldn't even know they'd been here, except for how much better everything looks. Great work crew, very professional owner.

Arrived almost 1 1/2 hours late never called had to call him the move and take down things and replace washed and rinsed house perfect job

It went GREAT,Chris called about one hour before he came to let me know he would be there in an hour and was .that also goes with the time he said he could come that day by appt,He helped me move two cars in driveway so not too hit them with dirt,moved some lawn chairs and put every thing back in order
