 + -1 moreOur Realtor did not spend much effort helping understand what we were looking for, and had some issues with his car. His recommended inspector did a mediocre job. I felt our Realtor was not particularly knowledgeable about homebuying regulations.

 + -1 moreOverall it was fine. I think we would have had the same (or better) result if we opted not to use this agent.
Description of Work: Don Nichter was our real estate agent. We are new to the area and selected him at random. While he knew a lot about the area did not seem particularly motivated to help us find a good deal on a house-which was one #1 priority. He took calls from other clients while driving us around, would take hours/days to return messages, and was unable to push the deal through at a faster rate of speed. I was disappointed with level of service.
