Description of Work: brought them in initially to insulate my basement in December of 2012. I close the house from December to March. When I reopened the house, the dehumidifier did not work. THey took two months to schedule service, and found out that the machine was defective and never worked properly. A new dehumidifier was ordered and replaced in September. When I opened the house this year, the basement was again wet as the dehumidifier was not working. I rerouted the drainage hose and rearranged the machine, but the GFCI that they installed has never worked. I paid $200 in travel time and am unwilling to do that again to repair something that has never worked properly. A nightmare.

+ -1 moreThey have not been back to turn the anchors they installed They do not return calls They made a huge mess and left it that way They messed up the drain tile and we had to replace it which cost us 2,000 They smoked in my basement even though they were asked not to They took stuff out of my fridge and drank it They sold us a back up pump and it was missing the connector to the battery They showed up whenever They never returned to do part 2 of a job They screwed up the sump system There is holes in the walls so when it rains hard it comes inbetween the walls and out those holes into our basement. The walls where the anchor systems are are beganing to crack They are young early 20's maybe mid 20's
Description of Work: They came in and dug around the walls of the basement for drainage. Installed a back up pump and put anchors in our walls to pull the walls back to prevent them from coming in. put a drain tile in and was suppose to come back to put bi doors in.

+ 0 moreFrom the beginning I had a feeling that I had to watch their every move. If I wasn't at home and it was just my wife, they would slack off, I had to be there every minute or they tried to shortcut the work. The basement floor was supposed to be sanded smooth and cleaned up before they put down the vaporbright, but I could not be there that day, so they just put it down without sanding or cleaning. I have been trying to contact them for over 6 months to come back and finish the job they started on the back of the garage, with no response. I do have a dry basement now, but it is not the quality work that they promised. Water marks still show up on the inside of the external walls of the stair well leading from my garage to the basement, even though I was promised and guaranteed that it would not happen. I would not recommend this company to anyone who does not have the time to watch them do the work every minute they are at your house.
Description of Work: Applied fibercrete to internal walls and exposed walls on the exterior. Jackhammered floor and placed drains around the internal baxement walls, then covered with new cement. Recemented cracks in the basement floor. Dug a new sump hole and installed new sump pump as well as battery backup sump pump. Dug drain and installed drain tiles in front of garage and partway around the back of garage. Installed Vaporbright to basement walls and floors.
