Tropical Heating and Cooling

John the sales man physically looked at my old ac and furnace. Then goes to tell me that I need 2 half ton ac after he looked at it. Lol I said no because I only need 2 ton like my old one. Trying to sell you something you don’t need. After he gives me the estimate, I said I 2 coupons from your website for 250 off on the ac and furnace. That’s 500 bucks. He said what coupons??? I said you don’t know what’s on your website? Then tells me I can use only one coupon. The coupons don’t say that at all on them. Con artist and scam. Hopefully the older people don’t get scammed from this experience.

I have an annual service plan with them.

Excellent. Dave (the installer), was terrific. Encountered one problem during installation, which was easily attended to, and resolved. Unfortunately, we won't know how our new April Air will work, until the weather changes, and the furnace begins running on a daily basis.

Excellent Dave and David installed the new unit and we're very knowledgable about everything I questioned. They were thorough about every aspect of the installation and how the unit ran. They replaced my thermostats and explained everything. They put a sticker on the unit and told me to call with any concerns no matter how small they might be. I was extremely happy with them and they also were very clean and took care of everything, the basement was spotless were they did the work. I would highly recommend them. Very nice people.

My 30 year old furnace finally gave out after spending the day talking to various heating companies I decided to go with Tropical Heating and air conditioning to install my new furnace. Jerry and Mike had my new energy efficient furnace installed within 24 hours. They where very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. This is our third home and unfortunately over the past 25 year we had to replace our heating system in all three but I could definitely say Tropical Heating was by far the easiest to have done. I highly recommend them!

From the first call Tropical Heating and Cooling was polite and professional. I needed a new efficient furnace quickly, and they were able to help! They came out and gave me an estimate and within the week I had the guys at my home replacing my furnace. They were polite, professional and even took time to stop and talk with my special needs child. The work was done in just a few hours and my house has been toasty warm since. I definitely recommend them for any heating and cooling needs! I'll be calling them again next year for AC! Great group of professional guys.

I previously called for 3 estimates before going with Tropical heating and cooling. This company had the best quality warranty and pricing then the other companies. The service was wonderful August temperatures were dropping and Tropical heating and cooling rushed a furnace over, due to the fact I had a 1 yr old in the house. The service men were pleasant and friendly and polite. They even played with my 1 yr old. I would recommend Tropical heating and cooling to everyone they truly are the best in this area!
