He was too busy at first to get started. But that was understood. When he did get started everything went well. He cleaned up after himself. He was a real gentleman. I know hundreds of contractors and I would put him in the top 5.
Description of Work: He did a massive amount of repointing, rebuilding chimneys, and correcting brick problems.

Sebastian Capalbo's work has the wow factor. He keeps his overhead down so he can compete with the bigger companies. All of the work he did matched the rest of my house perfectly. He does amazing work and is a craftsman. He does excellent work consistently.
Description of Work: He repaired damaged stucco on three sides of my house.
