We weren't happy. It was the first time we used them. They showed up but the quality was not good. We had a rainstorm after they came and one of the elbows on the gutter was jammed up and we had water leaking out all over. It was cheap but I got what I paid for too. I'm not using this guy again. Two gentleman came out and they were very nice I just didn't like the quality. They were responsive. Everything was good except the quality.

Rick is a very nice guy, and I probably will call him again in the future. We needed someone within the week and were able to find someone in the approx. price range to perform the work. When I called Rick, he was very nice on the phone and agreed to remove us from the calendar. I will definitely call Rick again, when we have a better time frame.

Gutters on second story got a lot of debree in them during the winter/late fall. Rick cleaned out all the leave/muck debree and left it in a trash bag for disposal. Literally came the day after I called him.

Everything was done as promised. He was punctual and professional.

Rick and his helper arrived by 8 am and had completed the whole house by mid-afternoon. Some of the Windows needed extra TLC with an acid wash to get a good result. Rick inspected the job and went back to improve the results on several large sliding glass doors. I had a painter coming to paint afterward and he commented on the good job Rick's crew did. I would definitely have Rick back to wash on a annual basis and expect that the annual job would run only $75 since they have received a deep cleaning.

It was better than expected. It was like we didn't even know he was here. I would recommend him.

I called on July 3rd to get an estimate on gutter cleaning. He told me the price over the phone, which was great. I asked when they could come out and he said they were actually working on July 4th, so it should be either July 4th or 5th. I made arrangements to stay home both days, since he did not mention that I didn't have to be home when the cleaning took place. No one showed up or called on either day. I called back on the 6th to ask when the service was gong to take place, since I had some appointments that week and wanted to work around them. He said it and quot;should beand quot; sometime that week. I thought they would at least call ahead to schedule a day, but I didn't get a call all week. My plan was to just call another place on Monday, since it had been a week and a half at that point, and I had heard nothing, but I while I was away for the day that Saturday, they showed up and cleaned the gutters and left a bill in the mailbox. The service itself and price were fine, but I think there was a lack in professionalism with the scheduling and communication. If I had known what the procedure and time frame was from the start, I would not have made special arrangements to stay home and try to work around other appointments.

They came over the day after I called them and did a great job!

The two men who did the work did it carefully, efficiently, and cleanly. They left everything exactly as they found it. They evidently are very experienced in this line of work! They were courteous, pleasant and made a very good impression. The price charged was very well explained in a way I could determine the total myself. There were no surprises. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again regularly.

I was impressed by the reviews Rick received from Angie's list users and am happy to confirm Rick's excellent service in all catagories. I live in a corner house, surrounded by big leafy silver maples so you can imagine the task. Rick responded timely to my initial telephone message and I really appreciated his taking the time to play and quot;phone tagand quot; with me, accomodating an evening call so I could make the appointment for him to come out and clean the gutters. In only a few days the job was completed and when the big rain came my gutters were purring along. And thanks, Rick, for being so tidy! I'd like to add that I could not be home at the time of service but my next-door neighbor was wathching and reports that Rick's did not rush through the job, were respectful of our properties and took clean up seriously. . That was so good to hear. Rick left the invoice and we'll be calling again.

I have used him for the past 5 years and he is very prompt. When you call and leave a message, he gets back with you in a day or two. I have never had a problem with him and they always come out and do the job. Usually they are out really soon and they are very conscientious. They come out in July to get the pods out of the gutters and then come again in the fall. I have never used him for windows. He has a crew that comes out and if there is a problem he will rectify the situation. He is very courteous and doesn't mess around. He gets out to do the job within a day or two of getting back to you.

I have the gutters cleaned annually by them. I used them based on the Angie's list rating. I would give them a good rating myself. The guy's name is Rick Sweney. They have been doing it every fall for several years now. That is the only work done by them. I always was very satisfied. They showed up at the time they said they will show up. They seemed to do a very good job. They are reliable. They do a good job. I don't have any experience with any alternatives, I am not very sophisticated with the ongoing prices, but it seemed to be very reasonable price and hasn't changed for many years since they have been working for me.

I have a good guy that does windows and they do a great job. They were very reasonable, cleaned up, and were great. I give them the highest ratings and would continue to use them in the future.

Everything went very well. I left a message for Rick and received a call back in the evening (either that same day or the next). He explained his pricing but wasn't sure if he would be able to do the window washing because they were extremely busy since the weather had stayed so nice. He and his assistant showed up and knocked the whole job out in less than a half hour! The gutters ceased to overflow, and we had squeaky clean windows (until the next rain hit).

Called on Monday and left a message. Call was returned on Tuesday and said he would come out in the next couple of days. He was there the very next day (Wednesday) and appeared to have done a very good job based on the amount of debris that was collected from the gutters. Service was prompt, polite and professional.

They really know how to clean windows, and they do a fantastic job. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

My old window cleaner didn't return my calls. LIke Angie said "It's hard to find service providers." I'll take that one up on the old window cleaners Angies list entries, but back to Rick. Smooth, no hassle, down to business work. I found we had some interesting things to talk aboutand probably bugged him to high heaven, but he was able to carry on a conversation and do a perfect job. I even tipped his assistant and I'm not known for this.

They really provided friendly service. They were prompt and they removed the debris by hand. When they were finished, the hauled off the debris so it didn't take up space until trash day.

They have a very good price and the service is fantastic. I have been using them for several years now and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They are never late and the quality of the work is great. They never leave a mess behind and they never hassle me for any extra services.
