+ -1 moreThe spring broke early in the morning. Called at 7:30 and they were there about 2 hours later, as promised. The work was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, properly. Since there are 2 springs, I asked them to replace the other one too since they were the same age. One spring was $110, and the two were $180. Although I didn't have time to shop around because it was fairly urgent, I believe the price was fair. Overall, very satisfied.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken spring on the garage door.

+ -1 moreThey came when they said they would, they did a good job, and they only charged $50 which wasn’t bad at all. I talked to them on the phone and they seemed to be able to take care of everything efficiently. I would most certainly use them again.
Description of Work: The chain had come off of the garage door opener because the track was broken. Rich’s Expert Door repaired the track, got the chain back on, replaced the light bulb, and greased it so that it doesn’t make noise anymore when it goes up and down.
